non clarity on bill payment
I want to port my number from reliance to other post paid connection provider. However i am unable to do so. Backend from reliance says there is pending bill. As far as i remember i cleared my last bill amount via online payment: amip93974669 and even if there is any minor amount remaining it should be adjusted from the security deposit. I feel very helpless, seeking help and advice.

Im using my postpaid number from last 3 months and paid last 2 months bill also yesterday my outgoing has been stopped due to some reason when I called yesterday customer service they told me to submit my documents in RELIANCE STORE as it was showing in there system CUSTOMERS APPLICATIONS FORM issue in 198 COMPLAINT DESK.
But today I went RELIANCE STORE they were not able to activate it RELIANCE STORE TOLD DIFFRENT ISSUE rerentative told to call customer service 198 n i had called 5 times they wer talking n asking my problem telling to be on HOLD and hanging up the line from there side it HAPPENED 4 TIMES same #### (shweta, arman, more 2 guys and atlast i talk to TRUPTI for 59.26 mins she has taken Complaint of Mine and also on RELIANCE STORE Vashi sector- 12, GUYS DILIP they were fighting on calls blaming each other to solve my issue but till last both wer not able to resolve my problem.
so I told her to transfer the line some senior supervisor or manager I was talking to her for 1 hours and she was telling I'm not able to transfer the calls there is no seniors on floor I was waiting and waiting for 1 HOURS but she was telling same thing. sir in 15 min senior will call you. then also I told her NO I will be on line plz transfer the line I want to speak with someone who can solve the issue .waited waited 2 hours at RELAINCE STORE she also hangup on me.
Nobody superviors called me or concern person and also my problem not solved.
Does RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE WHO HAS MILLIONS CUSTOMER don't have any SUPERVISOR, TEAM LEADERS OR MANGERS ON FLOOR WHO CAN SPEAK TO SOLVE ISSUES I WAS WAITING for 1 Hours AND also nobody works in QUALITY TEAM who can listen this kind of calls of agents who r PLAYING N DISCONNECTING the lines please check my recording [protected] and SEE what #### agents r doing on calls with customers.

I, Harsh Kumar Sharma, received a call from Reliance customer care on 20/06/2013 on my mobile number-[protected] regarding an offer for postpaid connection for which no deposit have to made and only rentals of Rs.298 have to paid on monthly basis and the scheme contains offer as follows:
1) All Reliance to reliance call throughout India would be Free of Cost
2) 800 local free minutes on other network
3) 400 STD free minutes on other network
4) 1000 free MSGs (local + national)
5) 2GB free Net usage every month.
To assure myself,I asked the executive to transfer the call to your senior so that I may confirm the scheme. The call than was transfered to the Manager of the call center Mr.Subhankar ([protected]) who assured me that all the conditions of the scheme are true and all conditions and scheme of the connection will be provided.
I asked the executive that i need a sim containing the number of my choice which they agreed.
So I agree to buy 2 sim of my choice numbers on same conditions and scheme for which they say to pay a deposit of Rs.250/- on the second connection.
I too agreed and company sent a collecting agent to collect the documents,deposits amount and to handover the two sim.
The collecting agent provided me two sim of different numbers on which i asked that these are not my opted numbers. The agent told me that once the number will get registered,the Managaer Mr.Sbhankar will change the number of both the sim as per your choice. So i accepted the sim.
The numbers provided me were :[protected] and [protected].
After that I tried many time to call Mr.Subhankar to get know about my numbers of the sim wether changed or not, always a girl named Miss.Piyali received the call and say that Mr,Subhankar is not in the office,he is on tour,he is out of office.
Than comes the varification agent, whome i denied to regiter the sim on my name and cancel the sim.
Than I received the call from customer care executive that my both sim have been activated and to dail 198 to verify my details and once the sim is activated they will change the numbers of both the sim and activate the 3G service on my numbers.
And now both the sim have been activated without changing the numbers,no 3G service have been activated yet, though i have not verified my sim.
And now the bill is being sent on my address.
I called the cutomer care who have called me regarding the offer that my no have not been changed yet and she told me that the manager Mr.Subhankar have done this kind of misappropriation with many customer and she is resgining the job too.
I am not using any of the sim.

Post paid mobile number [protected] allotted to me on providing necessary document on 15.12.2009. Not activated due to -ve address verification. Dear Sir, On 01/10/2011, I paid Rs.400/- Security money refundable in of Reliance commutations golden mellinium ,4th floor, koregaon park pune, with all necessary documents after assurance by their staff that Reliance CD-MA mobile no is [protected].BUT today is 15/10/2011.mobile no is not activated,im very very up set,he is not pick up my phone,what the hell this compny,im going to consumer court,this is only chitting the public, , their verification people came to my house and after filling necessities confirmed and verified the same. , when I have paid for the service. I have been making visits to Reliance outlet since 8 th october of r with no outcome. They not even ready to receive application from me regarding the complaint that I am not getting service from their network and hence shall close this connection and refund my money.it is very sameful ,service is very very bad,plz call me [protected],my mail is is nesar.[protected]@gmail.com,some employees r very bad minors,last im going consumer court,Please advise, How can I get refund of my Security amount deposited with Reliance ?

Sir,My Name Alok Kumar, number:-[protected]. I talk with reliance service provider his name Rupesh and Kapil ( mobile no. of Rupesh- [protected] & Kapil:-[protected]). He say to me i provide u broadband connection after 2 day, You submitted 1399 rupees check and id proof after that i provide this facility. After decisions i give check and document and he never provide me any connection after 7 days. He also not receipt my phone call.

i am a defence personnel and having the number [protected] o[censored]r company.A employee o[censored]rs named deepak from number [protected] called me up innumerable times to change my plan from pre paid to post paid n told me that it was a good plan and there will be no difficulties what so ever in future if i wanna change my plan any time, i specifically asked that is there any time bound for the plan but he denied and said that whenever i wish i could change it.as my wife was using this number and she got a job offer and she went to other place so i wanted to change it to prepaid as she is already having a reliance postpaid number there. On 24th march when i went to ur newdelhi /dwarka sec5 outlet i was informed that number can be migrated from the outlet from where it is taken(how can i knw from where it is taken bcoz the request was processed on phone),how ever i paid the first bill of Rs 197/- and there Mr manish arora told me by checking in the system that it has been migrated from mahavir enclave office i n sholud go there and i'll find mr deepak there(pls note that i informed them that i had a train to catch at 1400hrs and it was already 1100hrs in there office) but any how i went to mahavir enclave office but the people are so "nice" there that i didn't have time for my complaint n said system is not working can't help u. well i came back and called up customer care twice at 1140 hrs and great Mr XYZ and MR AZAD attended me after wasting my lot of time said they can't help either.so all my efforts were in vain...i proceeded for leave ...and then there was a call from ur mumbai office on my other number again i explained all this things to him he said he's making an escalation and i'll be called back soon but till date there is no call from any one.SO NOW I'LL THROW THE SIM IN GUTTER IN WILL NOT PAY ANY BILL O[censored]RS ."PLS DON'T SEND ANY" BCOZ I'M NOT USING UR NUMBER AND ALREADY PAID THE AMOUNT FOR WHAT I HAVE USED.IF ANY ONE IS CALLING PLS CALL BEFORE 0830HRS OR AFTER 1700 HRS.AS V DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO CARRY MOBILE IN OFFICE.

My name is Sabbir Ahmed, from ghy..I have done postpaid of my no. [protected] which was prepaid. this was done on 29th july and on the same date I colled in the reliance customer care and told to activate the internet pack of 123 for 1gb. And I started ussing the internet because they have also confermed that they have activated so I was using the net but now I got a message that my bill is 1344 and the outgoing is also bared.when I have checked the bill they have covered the net charges also and the pack is also not activated and when i told them they don't accept the complaint and have not discounted the ammount till now..You can also listen the conversation which have been recorded in their office for prove..please solve as soon as possible.

Postpaid Connection — About my Bill
Hi ,I was using your mobile no [protected](Postpaid connection).In the month of may 2007 India Roam plan was activated on my no.but when i received the bill my all STD where charged @ 2.40...but when i contacted the customer care they told me that you pay 1400 Rs 7 the remaining amount will be adjusted in the next bill but still that is is pending.I have also the recordings i had with ur customer care agents about the plan activated on july 14 with Mr Pawan.But still ur airtel members are harrasing me...do i need to appeal the consumer court.
Post Paid — Issues
Following are the concerns that I am facing1) I am not able to call Customer care Number(111 number)
2) I am not able to login in to my account in Vodafone website.
3) On 3 aug 2008 i have requested for the change of ownership and provided with all the documents for the same in indrapuram(Gzd) store, update on this is still awaited..on the top of it customer care people don't have any updates about this request.Request id is-[protected]
I have sent few email to VODAFONECARE.[protected]@vodafone.com but reply is still awaited.
It would be really great if any one look into above mentioned concerns.

RIM Postpaid connection — paid bill not credited since last three days

and there answer was same.but after 15 days my outgoings are barred.i called to
c.c and ask for reason they told me that ur credit limit is crossed.i gave a payment
of rupees 800 according to my plan.after 3 or 4 days again my outgoing are barred
i again call to c.c. they told me agin that ur credit limit is crossed and ur curent amount is crossed 2700.now they also told me that in this plan ur only reliance to reliance cdma calls was free not on gsm when my allmots calls on reliance
gsm and charged 1.50 per call.now i complaind in c.c. about giving a wrong information
but there response is none till now.
so it is a humble request take a appropriate action againt my complained.

Charging of Mobile bill and not disconnecting the connection after several request

I was having reliance postpaid connection bearing No-[protected] and add on to the same No-[protected] I have sifted from secunderabad but in my present location there is not reliance tower is there so I have clear my bill and requested for cancellation of the connection but till date they have not cancel that connections and they are charging the every month rental and disturbing me by giving tele calls to pay the bill. please do the needful action

1 year post paid connection — charging rent even after request to disconnect
I had a post paid connection which i wanted to disconnect. But i received 1st rent for the connection after 1 year completion, which i paid & requested to disconnect. Now in Jan 2008 i receive a bill again!!!!!When asked they say i should have given a written request. In Dec 2007 i personally visited to get the disconnection done & the lady there never said anything about a letter. She took down my number & said it will be done.

Postpaid Connection — Bill not delivered
I was using Prepaid connection for the past 15 months.On the insistence of the of the Vodafone people, I changed to Post paid connection.
I received the introductory letter and the first month bill on time and I paid the bill also.
Till now I did not receive the second month bill.After great difficulty I contacted the customer care they said their senior official will speak to me in this regard.
But till now I did not receive any call from them, and the attitude of the customer care people is deplorable.
And also I came to know from them that My bill date is 11th of every month and the due date without penalty is 29th every month.
As customer it is my duty to pay the bills in time.But i feel the bills are sent belatedly to extract extra money from the customer.
As long as i was a prepaid customer there was no problem.
If the bills are not sent in time It is not possible to pay the bill within the due date.
Hence I request you to look into the matter and grant me extension of time to pay the bill.
In future please ensure that the bills are sent in time to avoid this kind of situation.
Reliance Mobile-Postpaid — Connection not closed
I have a Reliance Mobile [protected].On 17th April 2008, i had submitted a request to close down the connection.All dues had been paid & infact i had to take money back from them.Even today, after numerous calls to their call centers...my connection is still not closed.Kindly help.

Ssir/Madam,I received your bill for my mobile no. [protected] for the period of 2/8/08 to 3/8/08 which shows an mount of Rs.249.43/- but its also previuos balance of Rs. 632.64. I fill the form and give 600/- to the executive on 23-02-09. He told after two days your SIM will be activated and we will give u the no. by Phone. But till now My SIM is not activated. I call to her somany times, She told i will call you after 10mins. I couldn't expect this type of behaviour from Tta Indicom. Plz help me, and activate my SIM ASAP.

reliance prepaid mobile connection — Faulty charging and very poor customer care !
I' ve been feeling since past few months that whenever I routinely check my prepaid balance by calling *225, it sometimes gives me a SMS back showing lesser balance than what it should be. Hence, I became more care ful off late. Two weeks back when I just checed my balance was 52.55 paise and after manking a call only for less than three minutes, I again checked my balance and it showed Rs 29.50.Well, today I checked my balance to be Rs. 210.55 and a promotional talktime of Rs.38.75. So, I made to calculated calls exactly for 37 minutes. So, I should have had the main balance intact and Rs.1.75 leftover promotional talktime. But to my surprise, on re-checking the balance I get to see the main balance of Rs.194.50 and NIL promo. talktime.
On ringing the helpline at *369 I had to wait for good about 12-13 mins and on telling the problem, the call center guy tells me that some technical update is going on and I must call after some time. I asked him about noting my e-mail id and sending me a feedback... Reply was ~Sorry, we don't have such a facility'. Since then I've made several attempts but couldn't get back to the helpline. I think Reliance Communication is the worst mobile service who doesn't at all bothered about the customer satisfaction... rather it cheats the customer by cutting the excess amount from their balance purchased.
As such, even if you cross the pulse of one minute even by one fraction of secind, they cut the charge for next complete minute. So every call you have to forego the part to complete one minute after EVERY CALL that you make.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Otherwise I'll have to get rid of my connection ...But I wish to caution other innocent subscribers -- Think TWICE before getting a RELIANCE Mobile !

Postpaid Connection — Bills not receiving
Dear Sirs,Though repeated complaints i am not receiving monthly bills prpoerly by post/courier. When I talk to somebody in the customer care by 121 service the bill I got two monthly only. I wonder such a big communication net work not communiating or sending the bills properly.

TATA INDICA VISTA TERRA TDi — Complaint not resolved
Hi ,I had bought tata vista last 2 month from a dealer in faridabad ( tayal motors ) . But i am sorry to say that since the day i have bought the car it is giving one problem after another. I have taken the car ten times to the work shop but i am sorry to say that the problem has not been rectified till now. They do it casually .I had bought this car with great expectations but sorry to say that i am highly disappointed with it. Kindly tell me what should i do and where should i take my car to get the problem fixed. Or this is what tata dealers do to its customers after giving the car ?
I called many times to tata dealers regarding my problem as it just crossed 3300 kms. The wiper is not running in first mode and when i took this car i told to the executive regarding this and he told me that when u took ur vehicle on the first service, than they will change this.
The left door mirror beeding is also damaged and the ac air goes out from there.
The pick up is too low and the mileage is too bad.
The car goes left side automatically.
Regarding this complaint i had visited 6 times to tayal motorss, but they didn't get resolved my problem.
I had sent too many mails regarding this , but i didn't get any reply or any call .
Please tell me what should i do ?

I am not receiving the Post Paid regularly since last 6 months . I have to remind the airtel staff to send my bill and each and every time they ask me the address . In absence of the bill payment could not be made by me in time . hi

Reliance Mobile — Billing despite of disconnection
dear sir ,this is complain for the mobile number [protected] for which reliance is sending bills wothout any usage rather there is not even the mobie set existing of thsi number .
Upon sending bills for last 5 months ,every time we approached reliance moble or they call us as reminer to make the payment upon which we always asked them that we have already asked for disconnection .Then they always say that our executive will visit or call .And then only tink i get is the next bill .I also have visited in person 4 times which hey have only responded by asking me to go to other location .I have a written letter by Relaince mobile outlet where in they have shown there incompetence to disconnect due to some problem .
I have received a letter by relaince mobile about a payment reminder resulting in unnecessary harasment and mental torture and trying to scare me by warning me of legal action .
I expect professional reply from relaince as well as consumer court .

Post Paid — Bill not get on time
Dear,I have 3 (Three) PostPaid connection and I have problem about getting monthly bill Every time I don't get bill on right time, get the bill after the due date our Bill of 6 January 2010 get on 6 February 2010 and about that I can't do payment on right time because of that our connection is disconnected by you.
Plz, look into this matter.

sir,im using a reliance post paid connection no is [protected].
i recieved my last bill almost triple o[censored]sual although i have not use that much. i give a written complaint to the reliance office at gumanpur 14 days ago but no responce after a regular followup recieved from there side than i complined for the same at their pritampur office in delhi four day ago.
after a regular follow up i did not get any my bill details on the other hand they cutoff my out going services without which i m hang.

I had submitted the request in June 2010 at BHARAT ENTERPRISES at PATPARGANJ , DELHI 110092 to close the account of the number [protected] and the relationship number[protected] .But , after submission of request and contrinous follow up the account is not closed and bills are coming continously .

Post Paid — Ideea customer care people are rude and incompitent
I have taken a corporate connection from Idea ([protected]). I have been informed that for my plan conference call activation would be free of cost and as it is a part of plan this facility would be activated on the very first day. However, all those claims were wrong. I havn't got the call conference activated yet. I had been calling customer care people many times and it seems that they don't have a proper information. They all are rude and incompitent. I would not suggest anyone to buy idea.They should stop giving those adds in which they always try to impose a great image. That is all wrong. If my request is not been rectified by tomorrow I am going to disconnect my service and would never take or suggest anyone to take idea connection.

i want to migrate my number from Post paid to Pre paid, so i contact your Reliance web World at krishna Complex Raipur on dated 27/08/2011 and on 27/08/2011 my generated bill was Rs.288.00 .
i gave all the required document with an application to Ms. Ruby at Reliance Web World Raipur to Migrate my number from Post paid to prepaid,
Ms Ruby told me that migration process will complete within 7 days after payment of the complete bill, she also told me that she will call me next day for bill amount.on
but she did not call me and after a long wait when i again visit the web world 17/09/2011, she accepted that she irresponsibly misplaced my application and ID Proof document then again i give the copy of my application along with the ID Proof with photo.
On 17/09/2011 Ms Ruby told me that she will call me tomorrow for the billing amount detail but she did not call me next day, she call me on 19/09/2011 for bill amount which was rs 475.00 (26 days) .
due to i was out of station i visit the web world on 21/09/2011 and she told me the billing amount rs 780.00 which is too much.. also she did not giving any satisfactory answer for the instantly increase the billing amount from 475.00 to Rs. 780.00
Why should i paid the extra bill for Ms ruby's irresponsibility and misplaced the document ..i have given application with full document on 27/08/11 , and after five working day billing date should be 02/09/2011.
So Please provide me the proper bill for the payment.

Plan not change as intimated by us previously.

As I initiate the Plan change request on 22nd of jan 2013.
But the plan is not change or no intimation is provided by your customer care representatve regarding that failure of plan change.
When we calls for the details every time they put our call on hold for almost 1 hour and after that they disconnect our call.
Is that the services that reliance provide to there customer of non-responsive and ir-responsible behaviour towards the cutomer.
Who will be responsible for that of not changing the plan as per the request raised by us.

I have taken postpaid connection from Reliance India Mobile under the scheme R-R free all over India.I came to know that the scheme was not provided to me when I receive the bill for the month Feb'2012. My Name is Kumar Abhinav and the same has been fed by the service providers as Anubhav Kumar. When I receive my first bill I call the service providers to rectify my name and I was told that the same will be done at the earliest.
After this incident the service providers made the verification at the address furnished by me.As the name mentioned by the service providers is wrong and the verification is negative the outgoing as well as the incoming calls were disconnected on 29.03.2012. When I enquired the same with the customer care and I explained them this mistake was done by them they have not listened to me.
As I was going to my native place on the same day, I was facing problem without mobile phone and I purchased new mobile and took a new connection. I have informed the customer care of Reliance India Mobile that I don't want your connection again and I switched off my mobile phone at the same time.
Now the service providers have put me in trouble and claiming the bill amount. Kindly solve this problem.

Myself Harsha.B.M. I had purchased HTC TOUCH Diamond Windows Mobile from Napptol At Rs.5999+ Postage Rs.199. It was CDMA Set. Napptol had advertised that "IT WORKS ONLY WITH RELIANCE" so I had purchased Reliance Postpaid Connection on 22/01/2012 around 4:00pm and I submitted rental agreement, Driving Liceance, Light Bill, Ration card, PAN card,(All XEROX Copy) Photo and Rs.500 for Startup kit at Reliance Outlet, FORUM Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore. Number had been activated "[protected]" for this "RSN No. RA[protected]AC" but handset had not been activated till now. Not getting incoming call or outgoing calls. Reguarding this issue am calling for Outlet Representative and Costumer Care[protected] also [protected]@relianceada.com. but daily saying any other reason like " Our SENIOR Person had took this issue and solved within 72 Hours else please submit the documents". and mail answer was "Fill the Address Deatils and submitt" and "We regret for the inconvenience caused in this regard Kindly note that as per the service request ID [protected] the coverage issue in the mentioned area has been resolved. If the issue persist again please revert us." only this will be the answer am getting. already more that 10 days gone till now not activated.
I am worried because once RSN No.: had been registered cannot be register again and again, my handset will be waste without incoming calls and out going calls, or Messages. I am having my number [protected]. I have applied for MNP on 18th August 2011 to Tata Docomo. On 27th August I received a message for mismatch o[censored]PC no. and the application rejection by Reliance, After some time I came to know that the number Reliance having is the right one. So they started to lie and give other excuses. After that they have stopped giving any satisfactory information. I am not aware what to do with situation and is there any number by which I can complain for further.

I don't want to continue anymore with my postpaid connection. I am unable to go to any reliance store to submit the sim as all the stores are so far from my place.

Dear Sir, I have a post paid Reliance connection [protected] from 16 May 2011, but it is deactivated for the past 9 days. I have visited the reliance office , JSR communications, 1515 Cambridge road at least 8 times, but in vain. I have contacted the reliance representative on this Mobile NO [protected] at least 10 times and he gives me a confirmation that it will be done within one hour. I have even contacted their Area Manager on this mobile No [protected], but his promises are even worse. I have submitted the address proof twice. I got their first bill on the given address, but they could not verify the address till now !!! I am a Central Govt officer and newly posted to Bangalore. I am facing lots of problems. Please Help. Thanks.

But still i conveyanced my wife to use the postpaid and she agreed. On 20th of Nov 2010, she got disconnection in postpaid line and told me the matter. after this i again called to the Bishu and Pintu to activate the line but they were nothing do. We both are try several times to conatact with Bishu and Pintu to solve the matter but they did not receive the call from my number and one day the Pintu has received the call by my wife but he shouted upon my wife and use abuse language to her there after i went to the franchisee office at the address given above and meet Miss Srijana on 25/11/2010, she told me that today is saturday so the your connection will activated on Monday after verification. And verification was done by the supervisor on saturday i.e. 25th. Today it is the 1st of december 2010 but till date the connection is disconnected.
The Reliance is the brand name and a reputed company. Is this the service given by the company. And the uneducated employee, who dont know the manner that how to talk with the customer . I will wait for maximum 2 or 3 days after that i will make consumer court case against reliance.

i am sanjeev from trivandrum working with leela hotel . i have taken a post paid connection frm reliance service provider i have bought sim frm "ringtone"central building ,mg road pulimood,trivandrum-695001.the first day wnen i have taken connection i have submitted my document but it was nt full i promised to give rest afer few days whc i failed but after 5 days i gave all my document .the service provider said me now within 48hr they will activate my connection .but now its 7days they have nt activated my no .plz help me .now that service provider is nt picking up my call when iam calling him plz do something for me .

I am holding Reliance Prepaid mobile # [protected] Purchased in the month of October from Gujarat. My mobile shows error message of Sim card Rejected so I visited to Reliance fort webworld. there representative replied me that they are helpless since they also don`t know this error arise of what.
If I want to solve this problem than need to purchase one new blank simcard on payment of RS.100. on that he can transfer my existing number along with unused balance.
I understand that on purchase of Reliance Sim Card even if customer is not in fault then also he has to pay money. Reliance should provide me free sim card if this problem persist.
This is not a mistake on account of customer.

I inquired and executive told me that there is plan for 99 rs, he said take 2 numbers, 99 rs rent for each number and 50 rs extra each number to make it CUG and to converse free. I said fine and paid 350 per number as a activation charge and got two simcard after 10 days.
When I received them, I called Customer services and found that they have activated 399 rs plan and no CUG has been offered. Customer service executive were not ready to take complaint about this and executive just did not respond at all.
I found this very frustrating and I am going to go against this in court of law.

Hi Team,This is to inform you that I took 1 Reliance Postpaid Connection 995 plan before 3 months. In this connection reliance communication told me that on reliance CDMA, GSM, LANDLINE all india are free from my number on roaming also free on same network.But now they changed the plan that on GSM numbers are chargable and they did not give me any information regarding this issue.Then I am anaware of this and call on GSM numbers. This is very big issue. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

I am using the reliance postpaid connection since 2004, but the bills are not delivered to my residence which is my permanent address every month . I require the bills for my official purpose . After making complain to the local office it is in order for few months . So I started using BSNL number and the reliance number is kept at the residence . My credit Limit as per reliance is Rs 1100 /- . The last month bill which is the only outstanding bill is only Rs 141 /- as per the sms . A call was received from the customer care after the due date asking for bill payment and it was informed from my residence that the bill was not received . Inspite of making sure that the bill is delivered we started receiving calls from reliance customer care for bill payment . Today morning also after receiving a call from the customer care, I called at [protected] to confirm my credit limit . Again in the afternoon a, call was received from the customer care at my residence asking for bill payment by 17/07/09 or else the connection will be disconnected .
So please check the payment details over the last Five years from your MIS and also clarify what is meant by credit limit at Reliance Telecom .

I am holding a postpaid mobile connection with Mobile no.: [protected] in the name of Manoj Srivastava since June 2003. I had change my billing address in February 2009. After February 2009 bill no any other months bill deliverd at my new billing address. Repeatedly your courier agency responsible for delivery of the hardcopy of the bill does not deliver the bill at my residence while in your records it is always shown that the bill is delivered. Every month I have to request you to send me a duplicate bill and no action is taken on this defaulting courier agency.
Will you please firstly ensure to send a duplicate bill at my address, secondly please ensure that it reaches every month regularly reaches me and lastly please change the courier agency or take necessary action so that they behave. Or if you are not able to take any action on that courier or delivering agency, please confirm to me.

New connection Activation
M/s Harjase Mobiles Mall Private Limited, Harjesh House, 4/8 east patel nagar, new delhi- 110008, has been sold me a new connection on 15-4-09.I have been told that this will activate with in 48 hours. Connection is not activated after three- four days also. Then I contacted to customer care about the same. They took my complaint & i have recvd the cal after two days that ur no couldnt be activated due to the paper formality, It will take another 4-5 days. After 5 days i again tried but it is not activated. I again contact customer care . After two day they told me that this no is activated and suggested me to go to the nearest web world. I go to the web world, there i come to know that the sim which is supplied by dealer is not correct & the no is activated with another sim. They took my complaint & after two days i recieved a call from dealer that we will deliver ur sim by today. I dont know, Why the wrong SIM is delivered previously? Dealer also have no answer. Then dealer's person came after two days. Same day I have recieved a bill of 160 rs rental without activated the no.Than again I tried to activated the sim but still it was not activated. I again goto the web world & come to know that this SIM is also not correct. I am very frustated & told the web world that I dont want this connection close this. They said to pay me rental than only the connection will be closed.I contacted to the dealer 3-4 times after that. Every time they promised me to solve the problem but till now i dont get the problem resolved. I am very harrashed due to this . Pls help me out from the same .

disconnect my postpaid connection.
i I have raised a request to disconnect my data card account on march 09,
And after that I called customer case more then 20 times to disconnect my connection.
I cleared the due amount too for the month of March.
Now on May I got an other monthly bill, For the month of April.
My account is still active. They are not disconnecting my account.

non refund of security deposit
I had reliance post paid connection -phone no -[protected]. On 23rd June 2008, I paid Rs 780 and asked for service termination. I submitted the service termination request form on 30th June 2008 and was told to pay Rs 280 for the blll till date of service termination. I paid the amount (receipt no S[protected] and also the termination request.
I waited for about two months for refund of security deposit but did not get any money. On making compliant to Reliance communication, (Service request ID[protected], I was told to pay Rs 575 more which, according to them is outstanding in my name.
Issues -- I paid the full amount till the date of termination but never got back the security deposit. The company never provided me bills for the above two payments and neither for the amount of Rs 575 claimed from me. Even if the amount is due from me (which is not the case ) the company should have refunded the security deposit after adjusting the so called dues.

i took this post paid no and a person came for verification and all the formalities was done but after some days my outgoing and incoming was blocked with reason that verification negative and after so many request they had started my services.but after some days once again the suspend my post paid connection. i.e incoming and outgoing. and from that point of time till today my phone no is in same position no outgoing and incoming.
can please see into the matter what goes wrong
