[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — Charging of Mobile bill and not disconnecting the connection after several request

I was having reliance postpaid connection bearing No-[protected] and add on to the same No-[protected] I have sifted from secunderabad but in my present location there is not reliance tower is there so I have clear my bill and requested for cancellation of the connection but till date they have not cancel that connections and they are charging the every month rental and disturbing me by giving tele calls to pay the bill. please do the needful action

1 year post paid connection — charging rent even after request to disconnect

I had a post paid connection which i wanted to disconnect. But i received 1st rent for the connection after 1 year completion, which i paid & requested to disconnect. Now in Jan 2008 i receive a bill again!!!!!

When asked they say i should have given a written request. In Dec 2007 i personally visited to get the disconnection done & the lady there never said anything about a letter. She took down my number & said it will be done.

Postpaid Connection — Bill not delivered

I was using Prepaid connection for the past 15 months.
On the insistence of the of the Vodafone people, I changed to Post paid connection.
I received the introductory letter and the first month bill on time and I paid the bill also.
Till now I did not receive the second month bill.After great difficulty I contacted the customer care they said their senior official will speak to me in this regard.
But till now I did not receive any call from them, and the attitude of the customer care people is deplorable.
And also I came to know from them that My bill date is 11th of every month and the due date without penalty is 29th every month.
As customer it is my duty to pay the bills in time.But i feel the bills are sent belatedly to extract extra money from the customer.
As long as i was a prepaid customer there was no problem.
If the bills are not sent in time It is not possible to pay the bill within the due date.
Hence I request you to look into the matter and grant me extension of time to pay the bill.
In future please ensure that the bills are sent in time to avoid this kind of situation.

Reliance Mobile-Postpaid — Connection not closed

I have a Reliance Mobile [protected].On 17th April 2008, i had submitted a request to close down the connection.All dues had been paid & infact i had to take money back from them.Even today, after numerous calls to their call centers...my connection is still not closed.

Reliance — Excess Bill

Ssir/Madam,
I received your bill for my mobile no. [protected] for the period of 2/8/08 to 3/8/08 which shows an mount of Rs.249.43/- but its also previuos balance of Rs. 632.64. Since I hvae activate my the said no. on 20th May, 2008 and as per your mail received by me was showing Rs.95/- and Rs.100/- total 195 . So, kindly send me soft copy of my mobile in detail from 20th May, 2008 for the above said no. [protected] as early as possible.

Reliance Mobile — Very poor and Bothering customer Care, number not blocking.

I have informed through mail to Reliance customer care service about my lost mobile no. [protected] and to de-activate/block number on 13-Oct-08 with detail and alternate detail.

But i didn't get any reply. I think very very poor customer service of reliance mobile communication.

Further subject mention above that I have not received my recent bill for the months of January 09.
Whenevere reliance has disconnected my phone due to non-payment.
I have also complainted on consumer care of reliance for this, they have commited that a executive will come and give hard copy bill and pick due amount till evening 25.02.09.

But till date and time no response got from reliance.

I belongs from an organization, without connection i am suffering and lossing my customer patient.

Pls. help to solve the problem...

Reliance people has made my life blunder...

I will not suggest any circle to buy reliance...

Very poor Customer and broadband service...

They commited but not do on time...

They think customer is fool and wasting their time without anyelse...

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the above company is not at all professional and the way they have handeled my case is totally unacceptable. I got a phone call of a lady from tata Indicom. She Describe a plan details. I agree with her, then she asked me to send executive for fill the form and taken money from me. I fill the form and give 600/- to the executive on 23-02-09. He told after two days your SIM will be activated and we will give u the no. by Phone. But till now My SIM is not activated. I call to her somany times, She told i will call you after 10mins. I couldn't expect this type of behaviour from Tta Indicom. Plz help me, and activate my SIM ASAP.

reliance prepaid mobile connection — Faulty charging and very poor customer care !

I' ve been feeling since past few months that whenever I routinely check my prepaid balance by calling *225, it sometimes gives me a SMS back showing lesser balance than what it should be. Hence, I became more care ful off late. Two weeks back when I just checed my balance was 52.55 paise and after manking a call only for less than three minutes, I again checked my balance and it showed Rs 29.50.
Well, today I checked my balance to be Rs. 210.55 and a promotional talktime of Rs.38.75. So, I made to calculated calls exactly for 37 minutes. So, I should have had the main balance intact and Rs.1.75 leftover promotional talktime. But to my surprise, on re-checking the balance I get to see the main balance of Rs.194.50 and NIL promo. talktime.
On ringing the helpline at *369 I had to wait for good about 12-13 mins and on telling the problem, the call center guy tells me that some technical update is going on and I must call after some time. I asked him about noting my e-mail id and sending me a feedback... Reply was ~Sorry, we don't have such a facility'. Since then I've made several attempts but couldn't get back to the helpline. I think Reliance Communication is the worst mobile service who doesn't at all bothered about the customer satisfaction... rather it cheats the customer by cutting the excess amount from their balance purchased.
As such, even if you cross the pulse of one minute even by one fraction of secind, they cut the charge for next complete minute. So every call you have to forego the part to complete one minute after EVERY CALL that you make.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Otherwise I'll have to get rid of my connection ...But I wish to caution other innocent subscribers -- Think TWICE before getting a RELIANCE Mobile !

Sir,
I have noticed that my two three no.s [protected], [protected], [protected] postpaid connections itemsed bills is not been displayed at your relaince site only bill is displayed after proper log in .I wish to have my itemsed bills to be viewed on your official site as due to excess bills been sent everymonth I have already given application for converting [protected], [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 30/06/09 but still that has not been converted .I feel really pathetic service of the relaince & excess bills been sent to customers with ringtone charges not been asked as well as been levied every month in the customer bill .

Kindly recity the mistakes & make a customer delight by being a truely service oriented in India as it is degrading its image by excess charges levied without proper billing system & no itemised bills been displayed for customer satisfaction.

Awaiting for a favourable reply & disconnection of the two nos as earliest as possible without any further delays .

Postpaid Connection — Bills not receiving

Though repeated complaints i am not receiving monthly bills prpoerly by post/courier. When I talk to somebody in the customer care by 121 service the bill I got two monthly only. I wonder such a big communication net work not communiating or sending the bills properly.

TATA INDICA VISTA TERRA TDi — Complaint not resolved

Hi ,

I had bought tata vista last 2 month from a dealer in faridabad ( tayal motors ) . But i am sorry to say that since the day i have bought the car it is giving one problem after another. I have taken the car ten times to the work shop but i am sorry to say that the problem has not been rectified till now. They do it casually .I had bought this car with great expectations but sorry to say that i am highly disappointed with it. Kindly tell me what should i do and where should i take my car to get the problem fixed. Or this is what tata dealers do to its customers after giving the car ?
I called many times to tata dealers regarding my problem as it just crossed 3300 kms. The wiper is not running in first mode and when i took this car i told to the executive regarding this and he told me that when u took ur vehicle on the first service, than they will change this.
The left door mirror beeding is also damaged and the ac air goes out from there.
The pick up is too low and the mileage is too bad.
The car goes left side automatically.

Regarding this complaint i had visited 6 times to tayal motorss, but they didn't get resolved my problem.
I had sent too many mails regarding this , but i didn't get any reply or any call .

Please tell me what should i do ?

Postpaid Connection — Bill not received

I am not receiving the Post Paid regularly since last 6 months . I have to remind the airtel staff to send my bill and each and every time they ask me the address . In absence of the bill payment could not be made by me in time .

i agree with you...i too have a indica vista terra diesal modal..mileage is just 10 to 13 KM/L
As you said there are lots of issue with the final finishing of the car...when i asked to the dealer he told me shamelessly that all indica cars are like this...

Reliance Mobile — Billing despite of disconnection

dear sir ,
this is complain for the mobile number [protected] for which reliance is sending bills wothout any usage rather there is not even the mobie set existing of thsi number .

Upon sending bills for last 5 months ,every time we approached reliance moble or they call us as reminer to make the payment upon which we always asked them that we have already asked for disconnection .Then they always say that our executive will visit or call .And then only tink i get is the next bill .I also have visited in person 4 times which hey have only responded by asking me to go to other location .I have a written letter by Relaince mobile outlet where in they have shown there incompetence to disconnect due to some problem .

I have received a letter by relaince mobile about a payment reminder resulting in unnecessary harasment and mental torture and trying to scare me by warning me of legal action .

I expect professional reply from relaince as well as consumer court .
