[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — Plan not change as intimated by us previously.

As I initiate the Plan change request on 22nd of jan 2013.
But the plan is not change or no intimation is provided by your customer care representatve regarding that failure of plan change.

When we calls for the details every time they put our call on hold for almost 1 hour and after that they disconnect our call.

Is that the services that reliance provide to there customer of non-responsive and ir-responsible behaviour towards the cutomer.
Who will be responsible for that of not changing the plan as per the request raised by us.

Reliance Postpaid Connection — change my plan

dear sir,
i bought a relince posped connection [protected] . i activate 199 plan on my connection . after one month they change my posped plan 199 to 99 .
they dont give me any information about that . after that i am going in relince world and i told about my problem.
i dont get any response they told me we dont know about that. we not chang your plan.
