[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — Providing False offers

I, Harsh Kumar Sharma, received a call from Reliance customer care on 20/06/2013 on my mobile number-[protected] regarding an offer for postpaid connection for which no deposit have to made and only rentals of Rs.298 have to paid on monthly basis and the scheme contains offer as follows:
1) All Reliance to reliance call throughout India would be Free of Cost
2) 800 local free minutes on other network
3) 400 STD free minutes on other network
4) 1000 free MSGs (local + national)
5) 2GB free Net usage every month.
To assure myself,I asked the executive to transfer the call to your senior so that I may confirm the scheme. The call than was transfered to the Manager of the call center Mr.Subhankar ([protected]) who assured me that all the conditions of the scheme are true and all conditions and scheme of the connection will be provided.
I asked the executive that i need a sim containing the number of my choice which they agreed.
So I agree to buy 2 sim of my choice numbers on same conditions and scheme for which they say to pay a deposit of Rs.250/- on the second connection.
I too agreed and company sent a collecting agent to collect the documents,deposits amount and to handover the two sim.
The collecting agent provided me two sim of different numbers on which i asked that these are not my opted numbers. The agent told me that once the number will get registered,the Managaer Mr.Sbhankar will change the number of both the sim as per your choice. So i accepted the sim.
The numbers provided me were :[protected] and [protected].
After that I tried many time to call Mr.Subhankar to get know about my numbers of the sim wether changed or not, always a girl named Miss.Piyali received the call and say that Mr,Subhankar is not in the office,he is on tour,he is out of office.
Than comes the varification agent, whome i denied to regiter the sim on my name and cancel the sim.
Than I received the call from customer care executive that my both sim have been activated and to dail 198 to verify my details and once the sim is activated they will change the numbers of both the sim and activate the 3G service on my numbers.
And now both the sim have been activated without changing the numbers,no 3G service have been activated yet, though i have not verified my sim.
And now the bill is being sent on my address.
I called the cutomer care who have called me regarding the offer that my no have not been changed yet and she told me that the manager Mr.Subhankar have done this kind of misappropriation with many customer and she is resgining the job too.
I am not using any of the sim.
I have also sent e-mail to Ms.Dolly Panday (rtlnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com) and Mr.Dhritiman Lahiri (rtlappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com) regarding the issue,but no feedback have been received yet.
Please help me to solve the issue as early as possible.

Reliance Mobile — Activation of my postpaid connection

Dear Sir,
On 20th November 2009 i had lodged the complaint with the customer care that my mobile was missing & i want my postpaid connection to be deactivated . My ID-No. is [protected]. Now i have found my mobile & i want to reactivate my postpaid connection. Please reactivate it as soon as possible.

Reliance/Post paid mobile — Non activation

Post paid mobile number [protected] allotted to me on providing necessary document on 15.12.2009. Not activated due to -ve address verification. On 27th Dec'09 morning address verified by the agency responcible for verification of address for issuance of mobile of Reliance .Till now not activated the number.Reply from People sitting in office/extention reliance in court road Udhampur, not giving fruit full result.

Reliance Postpaid — postpaid not activate

Dear Sir, On 01/10/2011, I paid Rs.400/- Security money refundable in of Reliance commutations golden mellinium ,4th floor, koregaon park pune, with all necessary documents after assurance by their staff that Reliance CD-MA mobile no is [protected].BUT today is 15/10/2011.mobile no is not activated,im very very up set,he is not pick up my phone,what the hell this compny,im going to consumer court,this is only chitting the public, , their verification people came to my house and after filling necessities confirmed and verified the same. , when I have paid for the service. I have been making visits to Reliance outlet since 8 th october of r with no outcome. They not even ready to receive application from me regarding the complaint that I am not getting service from their network and hence shall close this connection and refund my money.it is very sameful ,service is very very bad,plz call me [protected],my mail is is nesar.[protected]@gmail.com,some employees r very bad minors,last im going consumer court,

Please advise, How can I get refund of my Security amount deposited with Reliance ?

Reliance — not provide connection

Sir,

My Name Alok Kumar, number:-[protected]. I talk with reliance service provider his name Rupesh and Kapil ( mobile no. of Rupesh- [protected] & Kapil:-[protected]). He say to me i provide u broadband connection after 2 day, You submitted 1399 rupees check and id proof after that i provide this facility. After decisions i give check and document and he never provide me any connection after 7 days. He also not receipt my phone call.

dear sir/madam,
i am a defence personnel and having the number [protected] o[censored]r company.A employee o[censored]rs named deepak from number [protected] called me up innumerable times to change my plan from pre paid to post paid n told me that it was a good plan and there will be no difficulties what so ever in future if i wanna change my plan any time, i specifically asked that is there any time bound for the plan but he denied and said that whenever i wish i could change it.as my wife was using this number and she got a job offer and she went to other place so i wanted to change it to prepaid as she is already having a reliance postpaid number there. On 24th march when i went to ur newdelhi /dwarka sec5 outlet i was informed that number can be migrated from the outlet from where it is taken(how can i knw from where it is taken bcoz the request was processed on phone),how ever i paid the first bill of Rs 197/- and there Mr manish arora told me by checking in the system that it has been migrated from mahavir enclave office i n sholud go there and i'll find mr deepak there(pls note that i informed them that i had a train to catch at 1400hrs and it was already 1100hrs in there office) but any how i went to mahavir enclave office but the people are so "nice" there that i didn't have time for my complaint n said system is not working can't help u. well i came back and called up customer care twice at 1140 hrs and great Mr XYZ and MR AZAD attended me after wasting my lot of time said they can't help either.so all my efforts were in vain...i proceeded for leave ...and then there was a call from ur mumbai office on my other number again i explained all this things to him he said he's making an escalation and i'll be called back soon but till date there is no call from any one.SO NOW I'LL THROW THE SIM IN GUTTER IN WILL NOT PAY ANY BILL O[censored]RS ."PLS DON'T SEND ANY" BCOZ I'M NOT USING UR NUMBER AND ALREADY PAID THE AMOUNT FOR WHAT I HAVE USED.IF ANY ONE IS CALLING PLS CALL BEFORE 0830HRS OR AFTER 1700 HRS.AS V DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO CARRY MOBILE IN OFFICE.
