[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — bill issue

My name is Sabbir Ahmed, from ghy..I have done postpaid of my no. [protected] which was prepaid. this was done on 29th july and on the same date I colled in the reliance customer care and told to activate the internet pack of 123 for 1gb. And I started ussing the internet because they have also confermed that they have activated so I was using the net but now I got a message that my bill is 1344 and the outgoing is also bared.when I have checked the bill they have covered the net charges also and the pack is also not activated and when i told them they don't accept the complaint and have not discounted the ammount till now..You can also listen the conversation which have been recorded in their office for prove..please solve as soon as possible.

Postpaid Connection — About my Bill

Hi ,
I was using your mobile no [protected](Postpaid connection).In the month of may 2007 India Roam plan was activated on my no.but when i received the bill my all STD where charged @ 2.40...but when i contacted the customer care they told me that you pay 1400 Rs 7 the remaining amount will be adjusted in the next bill but still that is is pending.I have also the recordings i had with ur customer care agents about the plan activated on july 14 with Mr Pawan.But still ur airtel members are harrasing me...do i need to appeal the consumer court.

Post Paid — Issues

Following are the concerns that I am facing
1) I am not able to call Customer care Number(111 number)
2) I am not able to login in to my account in Vodafone website.
3) On 3 aug 2008 i have requested for the change of ownership and provided with all the documents for the same in indrapuram(Gzd) store, update on this is still awaited..on the top of it customer care people don't have any updates about this request.Request id is-[protected]

I have sent few email to VODAFONECARE.[protected]@vodafone.com but reply is still awaited.
It would be really great if any one look into above mentioned concerns.
Kindly revert ASAP

Reliance — post paid connection

HI Sir,

My name is nitin srivastava my mobile number is [protected] i have taken a post paid connection of 440 plan from your reliance outlet in vasundra sec. 15 nd now my mobile is barred due to the negative verification .my address is gyandeep appt. flat no.111 sec.11 near jaipuria college vasundra ghaziabad .

i want to activate my number as fast as possible i[censored] want to do a verification do 100 times but atleast u have to send someone to verify it caz no one came to my home to verified this how my verification goes negative i m the employee of bank of america and i am facing a lot of problem due to this .

so please resolve my issue as fast as possible .and please mail me back regarding this .

RIM Postpaid connection — paid bill not credited since last three days

my no. is [protected] i came to Delhi three days back, and the very same day i made a partial payment for my postpaid connection of Rs1000 as suggested from ur CCE coz my outgoing was barred at New Freinds Colony's web world. I am still barred and fed up trying the costumer care no. *222. Please do the needfull as soon as possible coz i am facing a lot problems personally and proffessionally.

dear sir/madam
i am the owner of a reliance coorporate connection with no. [protected] and company name is MOHENDRA DAIRY FARM and my name is Mohendrapal son of Mast Ram.i am using this number since last one year.my all payments are on time to time.on 9th march 2009 i called to customer care and asked for plan 770 my mobile unlimited, she told that u can call free on reliance gsm and cdma both for 24 hours
i regiter a request for changing my previous with this one.my last plan was nj400 in this plan my all std calls are 50 paisa in 5 states.now my new plan activated on 11th
march 2009 now i again call to customer care and asked this question that my all
calls to reliance gsm and cdma is free.they gave me same asnwer YES.after that
i used this plan and during these days i again call to c.c and my question was same
and there answer was same.but after 15 days my outgoings are barred.i called to
c.c and ask for reason they told me that ur credit limit is crossed.i gave a payment
of rupees 800 according to my plan.after 3 or 4 days again my outgoing are barred
i again call to c.c. they told me agin that ur credit limit is crossed and ur curent amount is crossed 2700.now they also told me that in this plan ur only reliance to reliance cdma calls was free not on gsm when my allmots calls on reliance
gsm and charged 1.50 per call.now i complaind in c.c. about giving a wrong information
but there response is none till now.
so it is a humble request take a appropriate action againt my complained.

Reliance/Postpaid Connection — Not activated

I have taken reliance postpaid connection on 11/04/09 from Mukesh at shakti nagar area north delhi. Beside submitting all my doucments my connection is not activated till now. From last one weak Mukesh is not picking up his mobile. I feel harrased and cheated by the company employee.Mukesh no. is [protected]. his office no. is[protected].

RIM Postpaid connection — itemized bill not received

I have taken a pospaid connection of rim [protected] .i have received the itemized bill for three months.in these three months my maximum bill was 352/- but in fourth month when they are not supposed to give itemized bill, i have received a bill of 602/-rupees now i have called the custommer care they said you will be chared 25 /- per itemized bill i said ok but till date i have not received my itemized bill .their collection team also called me i said give me my itemized bill i will pay the bill but no response from anybody.i just want know why ther are refusing to give my itemized bill .now my connection has been diconnected by them. request pls do something so that i can get the itemised bill and give them payment and i can smoothly use the connecton
