[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid Connection — WRONG CLAIM | |||
I have taken postpaid connection from Reliance India Mobile under the scheme R-R free all over India.I came to know that the scheme was not provided to me when I receive the bill for the month Feb'2012. My Name is Kumar Abhinav and the same has been fed by the service providers as Anubhav Kumar. When I receive my first bill I call the service providers to rectify my name and I was told that the same will be done at the earliest. After this incident the service providers made the verification at the address furnished by me.As the name mentioned by the service providers is wrong and the verification is negative the outgoing as well as the incoming calls were disconnected on 29.03.2012. When I enquired the same with the customer care and I explained them this mistake was done by them they have not listened to me. As I was going to my native place on the same day, I was facing problem without mobile phone and I purchased new mobile and took a new connection. I have informed the customer care of Reliance India Mobile that I don't want your connection again and I switched off my mobile phone at the same time.
