Dear Sir, I buy post paid connection from Pacific Communication, Pathankot who are authorized dealer of Reliance Communication. I buy postpaid connection with 995 rental and start using according to 995 tariff but after 3 days when i got message your usage is of Rs. 690 which was charged according to rental plan 425. RCOM POSTPAID — WRONG PLAN CHARGES

I am like to inform you that, I can applied two Postpaid connection & get also
then aftar One CDMA Postpain phone in lost in Bus then i am complaint to *333 and *222 for disconnection then they are told me Please Pay total payment then they disconnetion this No.[protected].
Then we are paid 1270/- 31.April.at reliance office and ask to them for disconnetion this no, Then they are me please contact custamare care and ask them for disconnetion.Same time i am call customer care no *222 customer are agreed for disconnetion give one refrence no[protected].4.11.
aftar some get i am get reliance iam surprise and call to customere care
the they are told me for submitt one form which is collect at reliance world.
Then i am visit to reliance office on 14.6.11 and ask one disconnection form the they are told me first pay bill payment then we give you form and i am ask themi am not use the phone and i am alraedy ask for disconntion
asper reliance customer i am visit at you office but you are ask for payment,
So i am call to again customare centare *222 they taken complaint on 14.6.11 ref no[protected].and tell me my problem is solwed thin one or two days.
And surprisingly i am recd one bill again.So please help in this matterMy no [protected].
