[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid Connection — Not activated Handset | |||
Dear Sir, Myself Harsha.B.M. I had purchased HTC TOUCH Diamond Windows Mobile from Napptol At Rs.5999+ Postage Rs.199. It was CDMA Set. Napptol had advertised that "IT WORKS ONLY WITH RELIANCE" so I had purchased Reliance Postpaid Connection on 22/01/2012 around 4:00pm and I submitted rental agreement, Driving Liceance, Light Bill, Ration card, PAN card,(All XEROX Copy) Photo and Rs.500 for Startup kit at Reliance Outlet, FORUM Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore. Number had been activated "[protected]" for this "RSN No. RA[protected]AC" but handset had not been activated till now. Not getting incoming call or outgoing calls. Reguarding this issue am calling for Outlet Representative and Costumer Care[protected] also [protected]@relianceada.com. but daily saying any other reason like " Our SENIOR Person had took this issue and solved within 72 Hours else please submit the documents". and mail answer was "Fill the Address Deatils and submitt" and "We regret for the inconvenience caused in this regard Kindly note that as per the service request ID [protected] the coverage issue in the mentioned area has been resolved. If the issue persist again please revert us." only this will be the answer am getting. already more that 10 days gone till now not activated. I am worried because once RSN No.: had been registered cannot be register again and again, my handset will be waste without incoming calls and out going calls, or Messages. If I call even their Costumer Care Number 198. The Display will be "INITIAL PROGRAMMING REQUIRED" and call will be disconnect. Am asking to send the INITIAL Programme" But they are thinking about network coverage. Please I want the this issue must be solved.
