I have 't been alloted the share of Reliance Power vide App no.85158433 but still I have't received my refund. What to do

I had applied for the IPO of Reliance Power Ltd. and had been allotted 17 shares on 18/02/2008 which is very late as compared to others who had received the same on 02/02/2008.
Moreover I had received the refund of only Rs. 30/- instead of 18565/-. We do not have any information regarding the balance amount i.e Rs. 18535/- which has not been received as yet.

This is to inform you that we have applied for 105 nos shares of Reliance Power in IPO through Application form no 56711837 on dt 17/2/08 and deposited rs.12075/- through cheque no. 455877 SBI ,loha mandi branch,agra and deposited application form with bonanza portfolio ltd, 102, Puneet vrindavan, agra. but sorry to say that till today we are unable to get refund amount/alltment status. Kindly arrange to send refund amount immediately along with intrest if any .
