Reliance Power Ipo — No Shares issued and no refund in account

I have applied for 225 shares of Reliance power IPO through Sharekhan, but here in my demat account it doesnot reflect any share. In Karvy's website 16 shares reflected when i enter my application number[protected] but from some other name of Sompal Singh which is wrong also there is no refund credited to my bank account.
I complain many times to Sharekhan office but I don't get any favourable response from there side.
