[Resolved]  Reliance Power Ipo — non refund of money

I had applied for 225 shares. I have niether received share nor refund. Contrary to the fantastic claim made by reliance that the allotment procedure is very fast I applied for the shares. I have not yet received refund of Rs.25, 875/- which i had paid with application vide State bank of hyderabad cheque No.082988 dated[protected] on State bank of hyderabad, delhi. manikant tiwari - DPID:12045500 CLIEN ID:00027550. The application No.45894474 dated[protected] was subitted to Dawnaydayav securities, DElhi MY CHEque was debited on dated 22-01-08 and my PAn number ADVPT8463C. Pl send me the refund immediately.

I am Ovej Mohammed Khan and I have applied for Reliance Power
Ltd's IPO for 225 shares.The bid cum application form no is 82406945 dated 18.1.2008

I have paid money by Hdfc cheque no 011167 dated 17th Jan 2008,
the amount was Rs 25875. I did not get any shares allotment and I
did not get any refund till date.

Please arrange to send me my refund urgently.

I had applied for 105 shares, I received an e-mail from Karvy stating that I am alloted 15 shares & a refund order for Rs.38700/- For nearly last one and a half month I have been persuing for my refund, but everytime I write mail to them, they repeatedly mail me the same reply that refund order is sent to you by registered post & we have not received it back undelivered. I am still waiting for the refund.

I had applied for Reliance Power IPO for 225 shares with full payment.The payment has been debited from my ICICI bank account No.[protected] on January22, 2008 wide Cheque No 165751 dated : January16.2008

My application No is 21205681, My DP ID No is IN303028 and my Demat Account No is 54485980.

However, neither the shares have been allotted to me nor the refund of money has been made till date.

On query from KARVY COMPUTERSHARE PRIVATE LIMITED it was informed that the cheque was NOT REALISED.

Whom should i persue for solving the problem?

i applied for 225 shares of Reliance Power IPO. The process of allotment has since been finalised. But till date I have not received any advise from the registrars nor have I got refund.

I have sent several emails to Karvy and the Reliance Power requesting them to look into the matter and refund the amount.

I have following with them for more than a month but getting no response from them.

They are nit responding to even my emails. The phone Nos. are not lifted in the office if the Karvy.

It seems Karvy have made the whole mess of the managenet if the issue and the poor unvestors are suffering.

I request your good office to intervene and help getting my refund.

I am writing this mail with sheer disappointment from Karvy Stock Broking. The services offered by the Karvy Stock Broking are really disappointing and the response over the telephone is really humiliating. Still I am not loosing hope and once again presenting my case in front of you with a hope you will really take this matter seriously and resolve it.
I Mrs. Manju Prakash Suthar, am a resident of C-136, Kanta Khaturia Colony, Bikaner. (Rajasthan)- 334001. With great expectations of good returns I applied for Reliance Power IPO, through application no. 85740950 for Dmat a/c [protected] at Bank of Rajasthan and made a payment of 25000/-, through Cheque no. 981022 Bank of Rajasthan. I have received the allotment of shares in the Dmat a/c and again the bonus shares after that.
But till today I had not received the payment due at the time of allotment.
The local office in Bikaner also didn’t attended my complaint and took the matter very leniently.
When they asked for various document Iprovided them at least four times but all in vain.
I contacted the telephone no. [protected] and [protected] given on the website. The response I got was really humiliating as the persons who were responding to my requests didn’t seemed concerned and after my requests they simply put down the telephone with no response there after. It is my humble request to the concerned authority to please take this matter seriously and do the justice.

Sorry to tell you but don't feel bad to know that company is fraud. It was our wrong decision to invest in India's renowned and 3rd class poor cheap company because now they have no money even to repay amount after using it for 2.5 years without interest.
