[Resolved] Reliance Retail Faridabad — Faulty DVD Player

I have purchased a DVD player of Soyer Brand from Reliance Mart, Crown Interior Mall, 21 KM Store, Sector-35, Faridabad and from the first day there is problem with the sound output. I gave the DVD player to Reliance outlet and your Engineer has not done any work on the same and it was returned to me stating that the problem has been rectified.

Their Engineer visited my home for the same complaint and stated that the DVD player is o.k. and is not ready to rectify the fault.

I received a callf rom Reliance Retail Store Faridabad and they have replaced the faulty equipment. Obviosuly this time I purchased Sony Brand and paid the difference amount to them.

Well done! But you should have done it prior to this complaint. Anyway thanks
