My phone no. is [protected] .I had a balance of Rs 133 and it was suddenly deducted to Rs0.00 on 5th Dec, 2008.I had lodged a complaint against this on the customer care on 6th, Dec, 2008.But till date no action have been taken.They had already closed my complaint twice.The Complaint numbers are- 82324697, 85809725, 88103260; whenever I contact to the customer care they say by apoligising that there system shows no information. Smart — refund of balance

caller tune gets activated every month causing an deduction in balance of RS 30/- PER month
i have deactivated the service but the balance deducted is nof refund
please refund the amount deducted.
