i am a prepaid customer of reliance-smart since last 3 and half year..and from last 1 month i am suffering from automatic balance deduction problem..whenever i recharged my sim then just in a day i suffer from this problem.
before 4-5 days i recharged with 50 rupees nd lost 31 rs. nd yesterday i recharged with 20 rupees and lost 10 Rs. i dont know that why reliance deducted my balance and i tried to call customer care and as usual got failed.
i am tired from reliance-smart and soonly gong to rid off from reliance as within 1 month i felt that reliance is the worst network of india and its services are also falls in this cartgory ..its my second complain and still i dont get any solution..
i just want my money back because i never activated any services and without any reason why my balace is deducting i dont knw ..its really a cheating with innocent customers because they dont hav any means to communicate with customer care as it is always busy...and not only i am suffering from this problem 1 of my friend is also suffering from reliance and if we dont get the solution then we will parmanently leave the reliance and can freely say that reliance have the worst services.

I AM USING SMART-GSM NO. FROM LAST 3 YEARS.. I AM EXTREMBLY SORRY TO REPORT YOU THAT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS TOTALLY USELESS..
EVERY MONTH THEY PROVIDE SPEACIAL SERVICES WITHOUT ANY REQUEST FROM ME & DEDUCT 30 RS., WHEN I CALL FOR DEACTIVATION ALWAYS YOUR CUSTOMER CARE FAILED TO HELP OR THEY GIVE EXCUSE OF SERVER DOWN..
NOT ONLY THAT TODAY(26.02.2011) I AM JUS BEING HARRASED BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OPERATORS, AS I CALL THEM TO LOCK MY SMART NO. (IT HAS BEEN STOLEN TODAY MORNING) BUT THEY LOCK MY ALTERNATIVE RELIANCE NO. & STILL THEY ARE NOT ADMITTING THEIR FAULT. I HAVE TO ACTIVATE MY RELIANCE NO THORUGH GOING YOUR WEB WORLD. NOW YOUR SMART CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RECEIVING MY CALL..
SORRY TO SAY BUT I AM JUS DISTRESSED & IRRITATE WITH YOUR SERVICE ..
