hello,

i am ankita shrivastava using reliance-smart since last 3 years....nd suffering from balance deduction problem since last 2 months..

this my 3rd complaint and still i dont get any solution or response..i am really very tired from smart ...its too much now..now i gt feard for balancing my sim card as whenever i got recharged i suffer from balance deduction problem..and faild in making communication with customer care as usual.. :((

will u response now plzz...its again too much

I got call from consumer forum and reliance and all my deducted balance is rund and never deducted again. Thanks for consumer forum.

In VAS Osian sms pack has been activated unecessarily and unexpected. it keeps on deducting charges from my balance.i can't contact anybody due to low balance and to customer care.i have been using relience since 3years due to its good services.please deactivate this stupid pack, its really embracing.
