[Resolved] RELIANCE-SMART — Complaint against the activation o[censored]nwanted Caller Tune in my number-[protected] | |||
Sir, I am a loyal customer of Reliance GSM Service(Smart) for many years.My mobile no.is-[protected].But yesterday i.e,on 12th January'2012 suddenly I got some messages from the center and my Caller tune has been activated with a deduction of cumulative amount of approximately Rs.50 (Rs.15 for the activation of caller tune+Rs.30 for monthly charge + Rs 1/2 days) without my concern.Yesterday I have talked to Customer Care Executives but no action was taken from their side.I don't want that type o[censored]nwanted services without my concern. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and please deactivate the service with the reimbursement of my deducted amount with an assurance of not to repeat the same thing again in future. it is also happening with me. the company is big and also a big in making fraud with citizen if india. they are stopping calls after some seconds so that customer pays more. now reliance is charging for unnecessary SMS even against my will. They are sending my SMS for unsubscribing from such service.
they are not sending SMS for unsubscribing such call & SMS. it should be stopped immediately.
I am a loyal customer of reliance GSM (Smart) since the year 2003. My mobile No. is [protected]. Now a days I am receiving messge that your subscription against RM Health has been renewed for Rs.30/- RM Miwas for Rs.30, RM my feeling, VAS Hungama for Rs.30, General jokes, VAS osian SMS pack, VAS Mivas VP etc. etc. etc. And money has been deducted from my balance amount. I am realy very frustrated due to this. It is requested to stop all these unwanted activations today itself. Otherwise I shall be forced to change my sim service to any other company
