[Resolved]  RELIANCE-SMART — Value added services pack activation

I am writing this mail on behalf of my mother (Mrs.Anuradha Majumdar).She is using a Reliance Smart(GSM) no.-[protected].We are facing the problem o[censored]nwanted deduction of money from my account due to the activation of some Value-added service pack from last 4-5 months without the consent of the customer.I have talked to the customer care executives about the problem.I have demanded my money back(i.e.-Rs.30 x 4 months=Rs.120) with the complaint no.[protected].But till now I am not getting any solution of my problem.So kindly look into the matter.
