The reliance smart company is implementing "Donot Disturb" calls & SMS in spite of my continuous effort. It is charging Rs 30/- per month in providing City information. They are not sending my sms for unsubscribing from this service. It is quite unethical business practice on the part of son of Late Dhirubhai Ambani....

I am a loyal customer of Reliance GSM Service(Smart) for many years.My mobile no.is-[protected].But yesterday i.e,on 12th January'2012 suddenly I got some messages from the center and my Caller tune has been activated with a deduction of cumulative amount of approximately Rs.50 (Rs.15 for the activation of caller tune+Rs.30 for monthly charge + Rs 1/2 days) without my concern.Yesterday I have talked to Customer Care Executives...

I am writing this mail on behalf of my mother (Mrs.Anuradha Majumdar).She is using a Reliance Smart(GSM) no.-[protected].We are facing the problem o[censored]nwanted deduction of money from my account due to the activation of some Value-added service pack from last 4-5 months without the consent of the customer.I have talked to the customer care executives about the problem.I have demanded my money back(i.e.-Rs.30 x 4 months=Rs.120) with the complaint...

i am ankita shrivastava using reliance-smart since last 3 years....nd suffering from balance deduction problem since last 2 months..

this my 3rd complaint and still i dont get any solution or response..i am really very tired from smart ...its too much now..now i gt feard for balancing my sim card as whenever i got recharged i suffer from balance deduction problem..and faild in making communication with...

I am using smart-gsm from near about 3 years and from last 1 month i am suffering from automatically balance deduction problem..whenever i get recharged after 1 or 2 days suddenly 10,20 or 30 Rs according to balance is deducted...i tried alot for communicating with customer care but got failed.

i hope u will help me and take me out from this problem.

i have recharged with Rs81 for unlimited net surfing but still i am unable to connect.
i have complaint to customer-care many times but they failed to solve my problem.Actually,they even do not know the proper internet settings.after calling 8 times they send me a setting through sms which does not work and does not match with their manual settings.
So,i have lost my 3 days from 7 days of browsing .i am really disappointed...

My phone no. is [protected] .I had a balance of Rs 133 and it was suddenly deducted to Rs0.00 on 5th Dec, 2008.I had lodged a complaint against this on the customer care on 6th, Dec, 2008.But till date no action have been taken.They had already closed my complaint twice.The Complaint numbers are-
82324697, 85809725, 88103260; whenever I contact to the customer care they say by apoligising that there system shows no information....
