[Resolved] Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — deducting amount wrong way | |
I am a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid connection holder, number is [protected], I was not activated any plan but reliance smart deducted 30 rs from my account, by telling i have activated mantra plan but i have not activated any planthey deducted this amount on 11th nov 09 & this is not the one befor this they have deducted 21 Rs from my account 1st time 11 & 2nd time 10 by telling caller tune activated n mantra plan activated on 23rd oct 09 & arround 27 th oct 09 so please help me because i have not activated any plan but they are telling plan is activated by you & deducting ammount its against indian consumer act Was this information helpful? | |

on my mobile no. [protected], reliance gsm com have subscribed callertune and more services without any subscription and deducted a lot of amount from balance, i am facing this big problem a long time. please soulve my problem and unsubscribe my un-uses subscription on my cell no. [protected].
