wrong balance deduction

dear sir/ma'm

i m reliance smart prepaid consumer. my mobile no. is [protected].
just day before yesterday i wrote a complaint for wrong deduction of money then i got a call from reliance telecom and they refund my 15 rs. now they had started another service on my mobile for that they deduct 50 rs. i requested several time to activate DND service but they dont bother .

plz deactivate all my services...

Money not refunded

I have tried to recharge My relaince no.[protected] through the company's website.in the process the website re-directed to my HDFC bank account.On completing i recieved a TRANSACTION ERROR message from relaince website but the money(Rs.150) got deducted from my account.When i tried to submit my complaint RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE they didnot respond.Please get my money refunded at the earliest.I am attaching the screenshot here....

Unnecessary reduction of balance for sake of any service

I have Taken areliance Smart GSM sim in July 2008 for prepaid service.Every now and then I am facing balance reduction for which I havent subscribed for.A call ro customer care is like a dream come true.They wont listen to ur complaints and keep down the receiver.Up till now Rs.100 have been deducted from my balance. hope this second complaint will be a eye-opener....

Customer care executive not answering properly

I am a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid connection holder, number is [protected], reliance has deducted my ammount from prepaid account when i called to complain against that that time customer care executive didnt answered properly...

deducting amount wrong way

I am a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid connection holder, number is [protected], I was not activated any plan but reliance smart deducted 30 rs from my account, by telling i have activated mantra plan but i have not activated any planthey deducted this amount on 11th nov 09 & this is not the one befor this they have deducted 21 Rs from my account 1st time 11 & 2nd time 10 by telling caller tune activated n mantra plan activated on 23rd...

Prepaid amount deduction in wrong way

I am a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid connection holder, I was not activated any caller tune but reliance smart deducted 30 rs from my account, with two SMS (52345 10/11/09 12:52pm subscribe caller tune re 1/- and another 51234 11/11/09 1:59pm CRBT service subscription renewed Rs 30/-) that I was activated caller tune.when I informed Reliance customer care about this issue they told me that system showing I was activated caller tune on 10/11/2009,...

call-conference & not receiving the call by the customer care executives.

sir,
i"m unable to conference the call with my mobile. Right now I"m using nokia 2626 with "SMART GSM" sim and I"m unable to conference the calls. This problem is occuring since the activation of this sim. When I called the customer care executives, they received my calls then put me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes and at last call was ended by them. It has passed one and half years when I activated the sim....
