dear sir/ma'm i m reliance smart prepaid consumer. my mobile no. is [protected]. just day before yesterday i wrote a complaint for wrong deduction of money then i got a call from reliance telecom and they refund my 15 rs. now they had started another service on my mobile for that they deduct 50 rs. i requested several time to activate DND service but they dont bother . plz deactivate all my services and refund my money. ON 17.8.2008 I FOUND THAT RS.30/-WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY NO.[protected], ON ENQUIERY I FOUND THAT THIS IS DEDUCTED FOR "ASTROPACK"WHICH I HAVE NEVER OPT.I ALSO LODGE COMPLAIN FOR THIS ON 21.08.2008 AND ON 26.08.2008 BUT NOBODY BOTHER TO RECTIFY IT.
I AM REGREAT TO SAY THAT YOUR STAFF AT CUSTOMER CARE IS WORST BEHAVEIOUR.
PL.LOOKUP THE MATER AND RECTIFY MY DEDUCTION OR REPLY SATIFACTORLY.
