m user f y!zone bt lately i hv bn charged wrongly.1st i ws suposd2 b charge 10r.s. Per week 4 yaho wap msngr bt ws chargd 20.i complaind on 121 bt no actn takn.n also chargd 15 4 bolywood fusion whr i dnt evn hv acount.complaind n ws promisd refund in 6 hrs bt nthn.wt to do?v.bad service

I have customer of a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid sim in july 2008. Since then ,everynow and then I am facing the problem of balance deduction in the name of services provided by the company althoug not subscribed by me any of them.Many times complain has been lodged to customer care,but they did not pay heed to it nor they did refund the balance.Till Rs.100 have been deducted from the balance.You are requested to pay attention and take immediate steps towards it.

stopped nyo na lang ang smart talk 100. mga asal hayop ang ginagawa nyo. di nyo pala kaya i avail ang smart talk 100 eh pinopromote nyo pa. alam ko smart talk 100 walang patid ang call bakit cut from 5 to 10 pm? di naman plus 100 ang pinaloload ko? tapos ang mga costumer care ninyo halos pare pareho ang sagot, anu yan memorize bago ka tanggapin ng smart as costumer care? ako, kung magwowork ako sa isang company at alam ko na kurakot, mag reresign ako, dahil di ko maatim na ang sinasahod ko ay galing sa kurakot. di ko kaya pakainin na galing sa nakaw ang papakain ko sa pamilya ko. abusadong SMART CORAKOT.i dont want to say bad words pero grabe nyo ginagawang gago ang mga users nyo.ang management ng smart ang dapat binaon sa maguindanao. kayo ang dapat ilibing ng buhay. its over ang panloloko nyo. Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — outgoing service barred

I have a smart gsm number [protected].
my number has barred outgoing calls from 4/2/10, i have
still the balance of 373 rupees in my account. i have gone 6 times
to the web world outlet and again and again submitted id proofs,
the officials always tell me that today your problem will be resolved but till date it has not been resolved.

On 31/03/2011 I came to know from Customer Care that my mobile balance had been deducted for News Service which was activated on 30/3/2011(As per Consumer Care Consecutive,Chandan).
But I am sure that i didn't activate such type of service.They told that they can't refund my balance.
So,please help me.

We not activate such as song, game and chat etc etc. I cannot access web world. Please if any such objects have activated, please deactivate such objects as soon as possible and please reinvestthe cash.I have reliance hanset. Only reliance only CDMA Zim can access. I wish to mobile portibility settings. Please say about that procceedure.

wats ur service provider???? if airtel then sms stop to 121 then u will get the list of activated services in ur mobile...then follow the processs

near about 25 rupees are deducted from my balance without any reason .so i want my balance back into my account my phone number is-[protected].And the customer care is not responding on the toll free number it always shows busy.
