[Resolved] Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — Prepaid amount deduction in wrong way | |
I am a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid connection holder, I was not activated any caller tune but reliance smart deducted 30 rs from my account, with two SMS (52345 10/11/09 12:52pm subscribe caller tune re 1/- and another 51234 11/11/09 1:59pm CRBT service subscription renewed Rs 30/-) that I was activated caller tune.when I informed Reliance customer care about this issue they told me that system showing I was activated caller tune on 10/11/2009, which I was not activated, and they can not return my 30 Rs, This same problem faced by one of my friend Ranjit Biswas mobile no:[protected] this are really unlawful way to theft the amount of prepaid account and also reliance sending many offer related service related sms everyday, which is not possible to read. Dear Sir,
A problem is happening with my number...i got deduction in my balance without any calling ...its happened twice earlier when Rs 200 was deducted from my balance without any calling without any scheme activity. but it is occurring again and this time Rs 30 is deducted from my balance without calling and i also didn't activate any scheme like mantra pack etc etc ...and i am not able to talk with customer care people as network is busy whole day of that route...kindly solve my problem.

I have a gsm relience prepaid connection, 7 .2.2011 dedction RS-30 , Also 23.02.2011 dedction RS-30 from my account with out any message.I has to call coustomer caer and they are told that a unsseary reason.
I want my mony...
