[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — Prepaid amount deduction in wrong way

I am a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid connection holder, I was not activated any caller tune but reliance smart deducted 30 rs from my account, with two SMS (52345 10/11/09 12:52pm subscribe caller tune re 1/- and another 51234 11/11/09 1:59pm CRBT service subscription renewed Rs 30/-) that I was activated caller tune.when I informed Reliance customer care about this issue they told me that system showing I was activated caller tune on 10/11/2009, which I was not activated, and they can not return my 30 Rs,

This same problem faced by one of my friend Ranjit Biswas mobile no:[protected]

this are really unlawful way to theft the amount of prepaid account and also reliance sending many offer related service related sms everyday, which is not possible to read.
