[Resolved] Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — sms send prob. | |
My self abhishek kr singh.i m using the reliance smart connection since last three yrs.my mobile no is [protected].Last 18 days i have a big prob.my sms r not to be send.the system said unavaliable service.but i receved sms always.my phone sms setting is totally o.k, like sms service centre no ([protected]) etc.when i use any other sim(bsnl) in this mobile the sms has send quickly.i have to contact custumercare last 15 days.but its a very poor service.they always said "jaldi thik ho jaiea ga".its my official no.so i have a lot of prob for this.i m totally fed up for these type of service. Hello,
I have this Reliance Smart GSM SIM (in Kolkata)and I m really sick of getting their SMSs every 2-3 minutes and their countless number of calls regarding new offers etc. This is a poor way of business development by harassing the existing clientele. Such SMS fill up the inbox completely, and the calls are made during office hours when people are really busy.
I would demand strict action against the owners of the brand and want such SMS and telephonic strategies to be stopped or at least reduced with immediate effect. This is a common complaint, that I am launching on several other Smart user's behalf as well. Your help shall be greatly appreciated.

i send this complain earlier&earlier&earlier...But no responce by reliance smart.once more i send the complain.by my mobile no [protected] no sms sended.the systum show "service unavalable".in my mobile sms setting, all settings are correct with sms service center no.i complained in custumer care, but its very bad service.there is no any solution.and now the custumer care executive are not receved my call.now what can i do, please advice me or solve my complain.i wants to go in the legal process to reliance smart service. poor responce by reliance smart gsm service.
i"m facing a problem since last six months. Whenever i send a message to 56633 i got the message "message sending fail". And when i called the customer care they told me that "jald hi thik ho jayega", sir please solve this problem immediately.

my no is [protected]..i hv been recharged my cell phone with sms pack of 39 nd which shows 1p/sms will be deducted bt 50p is deducting from my balance...this happens all the time when recharged and when i call d customer care its says its an invalid number...ur connections are just hopeless and is very much unsatisfied...if my problem is not looked after then i will go for further actions...hope my problem is solved soon ur company is not more then a cheater
