Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid — Customer care executive not answering properly

I received one SMS dated-12.11.09 from Reliance that if i recharge Rs.100 today then i got Rs. 500.00 talktime value, So i recharge Rs.100.00 but i not get Rs. 500.00 talktime value.

I'm a Reliance GSM Prepaid connection holder, whenever I'm trying to call customer care its always busy. I hv given my Id doc and address doc still they hv disconnected my sim

I'm a Reliance GSM Prepaid connection holder, whenever I'm trying to call customer care its always busy given call to relaince customer care after 8minits the call has picked i told him to transfer this call to team leader. He asked me the issue i told him to GPRS for this same issue that time he is telling me your calling here for timepass. and we are not sanyasi like guessing and teling you. If am calling custemare care for time pass i wont wait first 8minit for conecting this call.Take action on him my mobile no [protected] my alternate no [protected]

i was calling customer care since 2 months and they were not ansewring to my call so plz solve my problem as soon as possible my number is [protected]

I am a Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid connection holder, number is [protected], reliance has deducted my Rs. 60.00 from prepaid account, when i called to complain against that on 10.07.2011 customer care executive to call tommorow as updation is going on & can't help you at this time. I agreed & am calling from right 11.07.2011 till now I neither get any proper response nor my amount has been returned in my account.
