[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

I had procurred a SIM (phone no. [protected]) from Patna. After 15 days the same got deactivated.There is only the facility of incoming SMS. No outgoing/incoming calls is possible.Customer service no ([protected]) is always busy. pls resolve the issue ASAP

I have smart prepaid connection with number [protected]. Form last week, when ever i recharge my a/c my balance is showing zero. after consulting to your customer care service they reply that our system is slow please call after sometime.

i am getting threatning call from [protected] tel no.The person asking 2 lakh ramsom on my mobile no.[protected].he has make a call to me twice 12.43 a.m.

Kindly take necessary action and block the mobile no.[protected] immediately.

"m one of smart users.i bought smart pre-paid services where i recharge with rs 750 and rs 880(one india plan). i have been told by the retailers this facility will run till the life time of the services. but when i recharged bry rs 300 top up card my new validity period is not carry forward.it's still showing 31 st dec 2007, where it's must be show feb 2008(as per my last recharge)
please look this matter immediately.

I have taken reliance gsm prepaid connection and no is [protected].This no is activated for life time.I have taken this no 5month back.Now today morning i got information from my fnd that when they call on my smart gsm no, they are getting a message that incoming call on smart gsm no is on hold. So pls tell me what is the problem, when my no is activated for life time, why this problem occured.

dear related officer i tried to start smart GPRS service and recharged my sim with Rs 81 But your company could not send me internate setting till now.I have sent a lot of request but no setting has been provide till now. I am very annoyed with your officer's attitude . I have also registered a complain to send me settings.The complaint no. is 94545370 & Mob. No. [protected]. Kindly look into matter & solve my problem.

Reliance Smart Service is the oldest service provider in Bihar and Jharkhand. It's service is pathetic in the area but then also reliance is thankful to the people of Bihar and Jharkhand due to them they are making huge amount of money without providing any service. To receive or to make a call either you have to go to your roof or to a place which should be open. I am using it just as a pager to give or receive miss call to make call from another lines. It is quite understood that if you call from smat card phone you will unnecessary loose your balance. One more comment I want to add at last is Today Reliance is very big Brand in India only because they have cheated people of India well and few central ministers have supported them for there personal gain. They caanot compete with TATA.

sir/madam, i want to know the full address of the cell no - [protected], as this number belong to my school day's friend "afsana" and for the last 3 months this no is out of service, an unfortunately i have also changed my cell no, so there is not any other way of communication. so please help me as soon as possinbe and oblige me. thank you (REHAN ANSARI)

I have some problem that.I was got our DNDREG no on 8th March 2009.But sorry to say i am geting promotionals calls and messages.My DND regiestration no is DND[protected]. And second problem is present very poor network faceing during last November2008.Pl do needfuel i am waiting for your respounce.

I have smart connection of dhanbad Jharkhand bearing the no. [protected]. But its connectivity with BSNL is absolutely poor. Even its connectivity with AIRTEL is not up to the mark but relatively better than BSNL. I cannot make call in BSNL.
