my voice chat is renewed on 12/12/2009 but i was call costomer care & deactive the voice chat on 9/12/09 and voice chat is deactive why should dedact my Rs.30 then compalin no .is[protected] no response to me so solve this problem

Smart GSM service — repeated activation of caller tune service without being requested

hi,
i am avneesh mishra. i am using reliance smart GSM service from february 2009
my no is [protected] in MP CG circle. on 4th november2009 i received message that i have been subscribed to caller tune service, which i never requested. i immediately unsubscribe the service. confirmation of which i received on 6th november2009.
on 9th november2009 again the same service subscribed to me with my request.
each time rs 30/- deducted from my account. i again unsubscribe the service and received the confirmation on 17th november 2009
i tried to register the comlaint on customer care no [protected]. but the operator was not ready to register it

dear sir/madam,

i want to unsubscribe the daily sms service giving the option to download model of the day from the no. 57007 please do the needful to your earliest as some daily charges are being deducted from my account.

I contacted Customer Care on 30-12-09 at about 10.30am and the Customer Care Executive Mr. Rajesh Dey informed that the above voucher has been discontinued and also he is not in a position to confirm why the remaining amount of Rs.110.99/- been not credited to my account.
You are requested to enquire why the said incident has taken place and ensure that any repetition may not happen in future. At the same time, I would also request you to credit my account with Rs. 111/- at the earliest ( which I feel is obviously a legitimate claim on my part).
