Reliance Smart — REDUCING OF BALANCE

Dear Sir/Mam




I have a Reliance Smart Prepaid Connection, Mobile Number : [protected] they are deducting Rs 5/- per day for some Cricket Day Pack service from 12/9/2010 which I have not activate but then also I have done a complain many times on their customer service to deactivate the service as on immidiate basis from 15/9/2010 but they are not responding me for any of my complain and always saying that your complain is in under process and i have visited their R-WORLD outlet (PARK STREET) on 18/9/2010 for deactivate this cricket day pack service but their one of their executive Mr. Vijay commited me that this problem will be resolve within 24 hours but till date & time their customer sevice & and R-WORLD executive has not deactivate this service.


So please hepl me out for my suffering.

two time cut my balance in my account then i call to customer care several time, but no budy to solve my problem. he always say that my system is due to some problem you call me morning & i call morning then no any reply. 8 to 10 times i call customer care in evening & night also but always say me 2 hours talk me or in morning i solve ur problem. but nobody to solve my problem.
one time 20 Rs/- & next time 30 Rs/- cut my main balance but can't be answer me y is my balance cut. i m not any package to activate. only for i activate 19 Rs/- msg pack otherwise no any pack to activate.
plz solve my problem, i m very old customer. But now a days i suffer that's type of problem.

dear sir i have reliance connection of reliance gsm smart service but before some time provide some services without my permission. and apply charge,i donot want any type of service as mis call alert ,caller tune,sms service. so pls solve my problem.i m very deppresed to reduction my amount in my balance.

Dear Sir,
i am your customer from last three years. My name is debaraj mohanty, from ORISSA bearing no- [protected] .During last 10 days cut my balance when i ask customer care of ORISSA about it they told me sir i have some technical problem call after 2 hour then after 2 hour if call they told the same answer . your company is very well reputation but i don't think now if you do not salve my problem then i will throw your phone.

i m very much diappointed with the services of reliance smart sim...they cut balances without any reason and if we call customer care it dosn't respond and if respond they tell that they will not refund the money...i don't understand how can they activate service without customer's permission...i hv lost more than 100 rs in this ...i think u will take strict action to improve ur services to stand in the market as i hv chooses to change the sim and shift to another companies sim but reliance company is not hving that as it has to improve its services to maintain the customer and create new ones...CUSTOMER IS THE KING of present market i[censored] don't gv proper services, its very difficult for reliance to exist in this competative and dynamic business environment...
I think u will glance to my problem...

I have even same problem they cut my balance whenever it raise tmore then 50 they cut 30 rs for some add on services which i never activated. the customer care no is like hell the way of there talking is horrible they tell wait i will check and never come back.
what kind of service they provide please some buddy help for those who is suffering from that kind of
