[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — hello tune activation

I am using Relicnce CDMA Network and wist to download Mon Maane Naa (Actor Dev) Caller Tunes in my mobile Send me the Codes ASAP

mera phone bina kisi suchna ke band kar diya gya hai or mujhe abhi dilhi jana hai kisi costumer ke problem ko jane bina aapne uska phone band kar diya aapko pahle se suchna dena chahiye ki nahi. my mob. n. [protected]

I am a customer of reliance smart gsm service from last six months. Recently my incoming facility is unavailable from 10/04/2010 till today. I call to the customer care centre of reliance smart gsm but they did not give me a possitive result. My mobile no is [protected]
plz, take some necessary action as soon as possible.

Since last one month iam trying to activate my gprs/wap/web but i dont know what is the problem why they are unable to activate my nos is [protected] handset nokia 5235

i m a smart prepaid customer and whenever i recharge my balance of rs.100 or more Rs 30 are deducted from balance, as a caller tune subscription, i have unsubscribed the caller tunes months ago and even i got a confirmation from reliance that the caller tune subscription is deactivated, but thn to the amount is deducted from my balance and the customer service people never give a reply to this they always dodge us to other nos.

But since a month ago my tune was deactivated automatically, after giving several complaint my tune was not yet activated.
