Reliance Smart GSM Services — Regarding sudden balance cut

Dear sir,
I Pradeep Kumar Mehta, am using reliance gsm (smart) sim card.My no. is [protected]. I had received a sms on 28/07/2009 at morning approx at 8:00 AM from RM-53030. In that sms it was written that "your love tips subscription will be renewed within two days for this you will be charged 30 Rs." .After receiving that sms i have lodged a complaint to customer care executive. My request no. was[protected]. Next day I have again received a sms from 59111. In that sms it was written that " according to your request no.[protected], Now No Pack is Active.". But the very next day(30/07/2009) when i checked my balance, there was a 30 Rs balance cut. After that I contacted to reliance customer care executive then they told me that there is no information about this.
Please solve my problem.I will always be thankful to you.
