[Resolved]  RELIANCE-SMART — net connection to pc

i have recharged with Rs81 for unlimited net surfing but still i am unable to connect.
i have complaint to customer-care many times but they failed to solve my problem.Actually,they even do not know the proper internet settings.after calling 8 times they send me a setting through sms which does not work and does not match with their manual settings.
So,i have lost my 3 days from 7 days of browsing .i am really disappointed with the service of Reliance-smart which says that they provide "most valuable trusted service".
