[Resolved] Reliance Telecommunication — not providing itemised bill | |||
From last two month, bill of my reliance landline phone no[protected] is nearly doubled i.e. hiked by 100% without changing the plan. When i aksed the service provider to issue me the itemised bill, they replied we cant issue the same after billing. You should request the same before 48 hrs of billing. This is very strange for me. I am having GSM service of Airtel & Vodafone also and after a gap of 12 month airtel provided me the itemised bill on net free of cost and but not reliance on payment of fees of Rs 50 also.
