[Resolved]  Reliance Web World — Poor service!

Dear sir/madam,

I am attached with Reliance Communication from last two year via mobile.
I want to online purchase a book on ThinFilm Technology from firstandsecond.com by using a suitable option for payment at Relience Web World so,for that i visited Relience Web World,Sec 11, Gandhinagar and talk to customer care dept. but they dont know about it and they give nonresponsible and rood answer to me that "Such work never happend in Relience and use other option then Relience!".

Such a rediculus answer may damege credit of relience and at a same time in evening 7:30 Yesterday,not a single responsible executive present over there is a same full and i ask to give a contact no. of corrosponding person so,that fellow said that we can't give contact no.is again shamefull for Relianse and also create dussty image in new customer.

Reliance is new milestone in growing market and it will be there forever so,please give me positive reply and i also submit it in other Reliance Dept also.

Reliance Web World — poor service

I had been a member of Reliance webworld for broadband service vide user id sraman2007.On the 24th of Jan i had purchased a recharge voucher of 1000.00 which would enable me to surf for 1250.00 with a validity of six months.On the 2nd of Feb i had used the same and while logging out the available balance was more than 1000.00 but subsequently when i had tried to login on the 4th of Feb the amount was nil.

Had spoken to the concerned person in the reliance webworld ,Camac st,Kolkata but no one has been able to resolve my queries.

After sending repeated mails asking for a details of my accounts usage no one has bothered to reply even after a period of 15 days.

Dear sir/madam,
Few days ago i.e. on 23rd of feb 2008, i went reliance web world Noida(sec 18) to buy a data card. they told me that i will be getting one pen drive free along with that data card, so i bought it that same day but after giving money they suddenly told me that due to some sortage of pen drive i will be getting that pen drive within 2 or 3 days. i said ok. but i did not get yet. today is 08/03/08, and i called up their to ask when i can get that pen drive. they simply said they dont know and cut the phone. and now they are not picking my phone as well.
This is very bad attitude and service i got from Reliance. the concern person was Anand sharma. please take some action against it.

i am the one of the oldest customer of jamshedpur but your outlet situated at jamsehdpur at bistupur where you are provideing the service. but there is one staff name "sumi" she do not have any behaviour to how to talk to customer and she think all the customer just like their hair she ruflee talk and what she think just like she is the all in one of the reliance just like dhirubhai ambani. sir this type of service if your provideing. the brand name such a big but under this just like a third grade staff you are providing what is this. what sir your thinking their is no other option we have. sumi she is a staff of your organization but what she think. one think sir one thing in comparisonly one gurl not handled all the customer, sir you just provide the male candidate in that place. she just think all the customer working under her keen or foot all the customer are just like there hair. sir ple do some thing i[censored] ask my sugusstion just put male candidate in that place
Dear sir/madam,
Few days ago i.e. on 17th of april 2008, i went reliance web world Noida(sec 18) to buy a cell phone model LG RD 3500.

after summiting my paper i get started my calling . after few days i recive a call from executive rim he ask me my details what ever i have summited. after conformation i ask him that now i am free u r satisfied. he said that yes sir enjoy with your cell phone without any inttruption .


last night i recive a sms that my out going call bard, because your varification detail are not matched.

i contact to costumer care for this issue he told me that it could be short out from reliance word only . i told him that i am a working person and i don`t have the time to go, i ask him the contact no of reliance word he said i dont hav the no .



so plz help me where i contact to get my services on??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I bought a internet connection on sunday i.e.18.05.2008. but the internet connection has not been activated till date.When I called to help line service they told me that your data has not been updated till date so we can't activate the internet connection. It is humbly reqested to please do the need ful at your end.

Reliance Web World — Worst Behaviour of web world people

This is suman, i got mobile from reliance web world and got problem with in 2 days and submitted in nokia care center..so my address verification problem occured becoz of the mobile...so now who is resposible?? i also faced worst feedback with the customers over there, on 3rd july 2008 i requested to give back my incoming and outgoing facility but its now 7th july 2008 till now the people are not responding even though i called them twice..and also raised more complaints regarding this to customer care they are just saying visit web world..but they are not responding

please make me clear as soon as possible

Target — Poor service

Airtel in Karnatala just sucks!!!The customer care exceutives just dont know on teh right answer to any query.10 people give 10 different answers on the same query.
I have been with this service provider since teh last 2 + years .This is it...i am cancelling my number .
Infact, i had planned on discontinuing this numebr when the customer care person has the audacity to say that they willoffer me a 15% discount on my bills.They never mentioned about taking precautions not to have this happen to others.
I had some offer on my number activated without my knowledge and when i do plan to use that service after calling up the service provider, i am shocked to know that this has been discontinued again...without my permission.

I HAD PURCHASED A BLACKBERY HANDSET FROM YOUR NIGDI WEB WORLD THEN IN A MONTH IT GOT HANGED THEN I GAVE IT FOR SERVICING SO TRANSFERRED MY NO. IN NEW HANDSET. THEN YOUR REPRESENTATIVE RETURNED ME MY HANDSET AFTER A MONTH THAT TO AFTER A LOT FOLOWUPS. BUT NOW WHEN I AM REQUESTING TO TRANSFER MY OLD NO. IN BLACKBERY THESE PEOPLE ARE SAYING THEY CANT DO IT. SO NOW WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE LET ME KNOW. WAS I WRONG TO USE RELIANCE ...

Reliance Mobile phones — Poor Customer Care

Hey all,
The Reliance outlet in Forum Mall, Koramangals had provided very bad customer service.People there dont even care to answer customers.We went to purchase a Reliance mobile and they did not even care to show us the models and plans available.Also one lady was showing her frustration or work pressure on the customers on their face itself.
We started waling out and then also no body bothered.Hope the customers are given minimum respect and hope these people do their duty well.I have seen several other customers waiting there and not been cared.
I'm a regular customer of Reliance Web. I was really satisfied with the care the firm and its crew gives to a customer, sometimes even to an outsider during an emergency. But for the last few months, the firm is continuously failing to give its customer the satisfaction they need in browsing. Unavailabilty of the needed Accessories for browsing(earphones), failure in the Network Connection and also sometimes its been said as system failure and the above problems have gone beyond the limit. I think sometimes, they(Reliance Web World) might have achieved their target in canvasing the customers and succeeded in it, more than enough. So might have thought, not to give much importance to the customers again. If the things are going like this again and again, surely there will be a great backdown in the no. of customers by the midst of next year. So please, make necessory arrangements as soon as possible in making THE RWW to be the No.1 like before it was.I'm sure thet they can make it out within time. Hope the Authorities may take this request into their kind concern in finding the solutions.
