[Resolved]  Reliance Web World — Poor service!

Dear sir/madam,

I am attached with Reliance Communication from last two year via mobile.
I want to online purchase a book on ThinFilm Technology from firstandsecond.com by using a suitable option for payment at Relience Web World so,for that i visited Relience Web World,Sec 11, Gandhinagar and talk to customer care dept. but they dont know about it and they give nonresponsible and rood answer to me that "Such work never happend in Relience and use other option then Relience!".

Such a rediculus answer may damege credit of relience and at a same time in evening 7:30 Yesterday,not a single responsible executive present over there is a same full and i ask to give a contact no. of corrosponding person so,that fellow said that we can't give contact no.is again shamefull for Relianse and also create dussty image in new customer.

Reliance is new milestone in growing market and it will be there forever so,please give me positive reply and i also submit it in other Reliance Dept also.

i hav logged a complain on 11 sep my complain no is,/[protected]/ nd the tag was oef 3 days but till today they hav not solve my problem my no is [protected] sir please solve my problem

i've logged a comlain 2 days before right here at reliance web world complaints service that i'm not able to send sms n their i gave you the full details about the problem i'm facing. yesterday i received a call from your department and he asked me about the problem and then i told him in detail what the problem was. he assured me that the problem will be solved within 24hours. the problem was solved today in the morning itself but now again after 6 in the evening the problem has again started. i'm really frustrated with it. you just tell me whether you can solve my problem or not or else i've to switch to some other connections. i've got 3 more connections of RIM in my home...but i didn't faced such problem. so please help me out...please...

my mobile no. is [protected]. from the last 6 months i'm not able to send sms. i've logged many complaint against this. they take new complain every time i call and the problem is solved but just for 1 day and the problem starts back again. 3-4 days back i've mailed u regarding this matter. i've recieved a call from your side on 29-12-09 and the person assured me that he'll look at the matter seriously and the problem will be solved within 24 hours. but now the problem has again started. i've logged complain at ur customer service but they aren't helping me out. they've given me a no. and asked me to logged a complain there but its not working.so i request to kindly help me out otherwise i've to switch to some other connection.

Hi,
Let me just describe the scenario first which has made me to write this.
This is the first time that I faced a setback which involves Reliance.
I had an urgent situation(Purpose: Interview) where I needed to open an account asap in reliance web world.
I needed it for one time only(max: 2hrs).I was told by the executive that I need to open a Rs 350 account(Internet hours equivalent to Rs 500).
There is no less priced package. But I knew there were other packages like 20, 50, 100, 150. I asked for the lowest amount package.
But taking advantage of my urgency, she made me to have the maximum available amount package.
Now, it been 2 months and they are telling that to recharge again with another 350 otherwise my Rs 385 balance will be lost.
If I recharge now, the balance would be Rs 885.Why should I recharge again?
When I wanted to inquire this with the manager. He was so rude and impolite that I felt humiliated.
I have made up my mind not to go to Reliance again in any case. This was really embarrassing.
Please help.

want to file a complaint against Mr Chetan Oza from Tirupati Telecommunication & Services (BSNL Broadband service provider)

On 2nd Feb 2010 I called up Mr Chetan for Broadband Service. He came to our place the same day and promised us to provide the service at the max in 15 days. The same day he took Rs 300 amount which is refundable (told by him )
After calling him regularly, he started giving excuses, and started avoiding us. Then we asked for the refund of Amt Rs. 300. But then he started not to receive our call.And now its 16th of March 2010 but still he has not return our money.
And in this perod I have gone through lot of emotional stress.

Please take this case into consideration, because it will result in wrong image of BSNL .
Help me to get back Rs 300 amount as soon as possible.

Today that is 5th april 2010 I have approached Reliance webworld in the morning at 10:30 am new market branch Bhopal.
The behave your employee is very bad and your webworld authorities continue to support that employee problem is that she use abusive language against my family she is a senior girl sitting with housekeaping boy she had an affair with that boy so she dosn't know that how to deal with the customers please take serious action against that girl and please hire good emplyees thats my request i[censored] not take action i m going to consumer firm thats is the last option

Ya Reliance web world are worst place where people are getting paid to spoil and scaledown the values of Reliance group.

I had a very very bad experiance with the reliance webworld @ bangalore (New Thippasandra) center.

I would like to put this request to the Reliace World please shutdown these types of center and atleast maintain with the already earned values.

I have really really frustrated with Reliance.

One more thing to add on - The company that thought business to entire world, which is now sinking without knowledge of how to do Business.

on the date 30/12/2010 i recharge with Rs.30 (6:34pm) after recharge 9:30 pm i see my balance then it is reduce to Rs.9, then i call to customer care then one of the customer care told me one LOVE pack is activated but i am not activated any pack... afte 10 min again i call to customer care one of the customer care asset me the name ranganath tali (from orisa) he told me that pack(LOVE PACK) was not activated by you its activated by company and he told me that the reduce money is back to you soon...




I am facing this type of problem from the two months...

Reliance — poor service of reliance members

I,Keshav Nand,residant at #17A,street no.2, virak colony. is a custmer of relience net connection. i just inquired about your facility onthe telephone but they forcely give me the modem on dated 20-12-10. Soi paid the charges and after that the connectionis not working properly. i had complained many a times on telephone but they did not even once respond to my complaint. i personally went to the office at Dharampura Bazar and talked to mr. Sudhir mehta and other members but again no response from their side. now theyare sending me bills and the connection is not working completely from 15-02-11. I request you to take action against them. the customer dealing service at the office is poor.The various details are given below:-

This is to inform you that I have use a Post Paid Data Card which MDN No. is [protected].I have paid Rs.850/- on 06.07.2014 through PayTm by the Debit Card o[censored]nion Bank Of India which last four digit no is 6685.Then from UBI Bank provided one time password for Ecomm transaction was 742855 for my Union Bank Debit Card valid for 5 mins. The location was Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.
But unfortunately this payment have not been reflected till now in your A/C, though Rs.850/- have been debited from my A/C on 06.07.2014.I have Complained this matter on 18.07.2014 from Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, the Complain No. was[protected].Then I have provided all details to your Customer Care Executive and he told me that my Complain have been launched and provided feedback to me within 3 days.
After this, your Customer Care Executive has called me several times and I have told the same thing again and again but your system is so poor that this problem was not recorded to your unique system and your Customer Care Executives are engaged to disturbing me regarding this matter till now, not only that a SMS has been sent to my mobile regarding that bill and current bill with penalty charge.
I am highly disgusted regarding this matter, though I have launched a complain again on 28.07.2014.The Complain No.was 22313403 and detailing the same thing to Malayshree Madam.She also said that this problem would be solved within 3 days.
So this is to request you that if you can solve the problem, then do it immediately otherwise surrender that you are unable to solve it by which I should not be defaulter to the Company, regarding my due bill payment. Now I want to pay the rest amount except Rs.850/- and surrender the said connection.

J P Sharma from Gwalior. I am a user of Smart Sim no. [protected]. Due
to some technical fault my sim was blocked by the Reliance and shown
error 'PUK BLOCKED". My sim was blocked on 29 July 2014. At that time I
contacted R World Phoolbag Gwalior. Person available there told me for
documents and photo ID. I went there along with documents. Person
replied me SIM are not available come on 1st August, 2014. Today I again
went to R World Phoolbag Gwalior. They told me again come on Monday
i.e. 4 August, 2014. I went today 4 August, as usual I got replied come
after 4-5 days SIMs are not in stock. It is a matter of investigation
where SIMS are going. Is it supplying by private agent in higher rates.
I am really surprised, how SIMs are not available on R World
and my number is continuously switched off. Because of that I am facing
lots of problem.I am requesting you to provide me a SIM as
early as possible because It is giving bad impression of Image of
famous organization like Relaince.
this was the first time i have seen such a bad response from any service provider like Relaince,

We are visiting borivali west web world office since 2 days but we are not getting proper response. By Playing politics Mr Anurag from Borivali Web world at chandavarkar road rejected my 2 sim cards and not giving new sim card inspite of having stock. All are giving false statement. I want to convert from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM. After visiting office also they are giving wrong statements. We are in trouble please help.
