[Resolved]  Retailmart — Cheats People by making wrong commitments

Dear Sir,

I have to inform you that I have cheated by your marketing Person Mr. Raushan..

I made my Website named www.rammegamart.com on 04/ 05/ 2011.

And My friend's Website named www.pateljimall.com on 04/06/2011.

I made online payment of Rs. 30, 000/- on below date.

1st Payment on 20/04/2011 by Net Rs. 15000/-

2nd Payment on 13/05/2011 by Net Rs. 15000/-

Both payment's Proff copy of my bank has been atteched.

When I give this payment Mr. Raushan commited me that this is deposit amount.

And when you are come at our office I give you Rs. 11000/- two cheque as your referal income.

Because of your Market person force me to come get training at office.

I am visited your office by flight for training on 18th may 2011.

before I come at your office Raushan told me your 2 Cheques of Rs.11000 is ready for me.

I get training in your office and when I told for checque He told me because of PAN Card issue your cheque will be cancle.

and New cheque will dispatched with in 2 day at your address.

After some day he told me your cheque is dispatched you. but your address is mismatched & it will be return to us.

and I will deposit it in your bank of baorda account tomorrow.

but Raushan can't do it... & in this piriod he can't pick up my phone...

After this Before some day he told me your cheques is canceled & we pay you in your bank with online banking.

But till today I can't received my payment of Rs. 22000/-.

I think your marketing person chit me...

He can't received my phone.

When I call him from other phone He received the phone

but when he hearing my voice he give his phone to other person named Anant / Nishant

Make my payment of Rs. 22000/- as soon as possible..

RetailMart (A subsidiary of Linxsmart Technologies) is conducting a large scale fraud by offering lucrative business plans (e.g. creating a shopping website for you, doing publicity thru sms and mails, providing earnings by Google Ad Sense & banners). Moreover, they do even make written promises of regular earnings every month, which is all fake.

Request all the readers to please make everyone aware of RetailMart's Fraud scheme as many others (like me) have already lost their hard earned money by falling into this trap. I also request the readers to please distribute this thru email, sms or any other possible ways.

I have seen many complaints against RetailMart on this website, but nowhere I saw any action taken by responsible authorities to stop RetailMart scam. Hence, lets all take pledge to save our dear ones from falling into this trap.

This nexus is being handled by Mr. Rajat Oberoi ([protected]), who is the Sales Manager for RetailMart.com and all other sales person (e.g. Raushan, Manoj Shekhawat, Sandeep, Nishant, Gaurav etc) report to him. No matter, whom you escalate your grievances, nobody is there to take action. Hence, request all readers once again, please save your near and dear ones from this fraud by generating awareness.

do you all know where you can register complaint as Public Grievance with govt of India with MINISTRY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ;http://www.pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx. I ahve done my complaint and please you all also do that.

Hello Everyone.I am divya sharma owner of greatdelhimart.com also a customer of retailmart.Today i was find this article complaining about retailmart.Well may be problems you have shared here are true from your side.But please let me know one thing is there any zym which can build your body without your effort in doing exercise.Same is there in the case of this concept.I am doing work on my website and earning not great but a satisfactory amount.What i expected before having this portal was that my efforts should not get waste.It's my website and i am working on it and hence i am satisfied with that. Hello Divya/Praveen, whoever you are. I visited your website and found nothing interesting that would attract any buyter to come at your site and buy something. If you are saying your efforts have earned you a satisfactory amount, can you prove it. The only earning you'll get from RetailMart is by giving them leads and getting more people joined under you. They dont deliver good quality products, dont provide commission and not even banner's earnings. I am the live example of all this cuz I have tried it all.Many of the ppl complaining about RetailMart's false commitment and ignorance they are facing by their executives is not fake but a real truth.

You might have joined them recently and hence feeling all good and rosy. Just wait for a couple of more months and you'll see the real side.. anyways All the Best, may you get your money back.

(I'am trapped) -see i purchased this concept as i am a housewife and my husband Praveen is working.So i am able to give it time which is required.I didn't asked the retailmart executive to give me anything from their side.Again my idea of purchasing it was to do some work with my efforts not depending on others.

Also please let me know your site so that i can suggest you some thing good for you.you are saying that you have checked my site and finding nothing interested.But all my friends are purchasing products from here which they generally purchase from physical stores.

I am also cheated by Retailmart and also want to do some legal action against retailmart and rishabh bhatia. We can meet at one place or by phones to do some action. I have lost Rs. 50, 000. We can go for the consumer forums and other several fast track court.

I am also one of them, who has been cheated by retailmart.

People like Amit Gupta(director of retailmart and also holding some position in eperium e-commerce), Neeraj Tiwari, Rajat, Rohit all are cheating people like us.

We are starting a facebook group to make a one platform where all can come together and take some action against retailmart/eperium/linxsmart

I also have around 10-15 people who have already shown their interest in taking action againt retailmart and amit Gupta

I am also cheated by www.retailmart.com and www.linx-smart.com

I associated with retailmart on 9th April 2011 and they gave me in written on the agreement letter that they will return 11000 after 3 month. its 7 months passed and i do not received my amount promised by them.

Neeraj Tiwari - manager (Neeraj.[protected]@Eperiumindia.com) and Amit Gupta director ( amit.[protected]@eperiumindia.com)
says that the employee signed the agreement letter has left the company and we can’t return the money.

linx-smart is also involved in it because all the payment is credited to linx-smart acount

i am going to take in court. i appreciate if you all guys can send me your contact number so that i cant contact you create a large group. tracking on email is a quite difficult thing

I am also one of the victims who got cheated by www.retailmart.com and www.linx-smart.com

I got associated with retailmart in June 2011 and they gave me in written agreement through e-mail that they will return all my money in 3 month by placing reference on my behalf. I kept in touch with the Agent Manoj through phone but even after a couple of months they did not return a single paisa I went to them and discussed with his manager Rajat. After that I went to them several times and discussed with them (including the officials, Kishan and Neeraj Tiwari) but it was of no use. They cheated me approximately Rs.60000/-(including processing fees and interest on credit card EMI payment - they had given me in written through mail that they would return all these fees)

It is important to note that this fraud network is still operational and they are still cheating people either by luring them to become their business partner or by buying their products

hi this is kapil heera i want to say that i took services of www.retailmart.com which is a fraud company i gave 25, 000 to them for makeing www.retailstep.com but they did give website as they said.
