why not you ask for money refund? or ask your credit card customer care for fraud payment. they will take a notice and after 4-5 such complmaints they will permanently block retailmart or its associates to accept any online payments throgh their gateway. If they dont listen just call your credit card customer care and inform the ehole incidence about them.

just apply to your nearest consumer court. no charges court will take from you.

we have already refunded your money 700 Rs due to out of stock reason.. and we are not able to understand your comment .. how we have cheated if we refunded your money ?

I have also placed an order on 12/4/2011 but till now there is no response from the retailmart team. And there is no refund too. I am going to complain about this in the consumer forum.

Hello Everyone.I am divya sharma owner of greatdelhimart.com also a customer of retailmart.Today i was find this article complaining about retailmart.Well may be problems you have shared here are true from your side.But please let me know one thing is there any zym which can build your body without your effort in doing exercise.Same is there in the case of this concept.I am doing work on my website and earning not great but a satisfactory amount.What i expected before having this portal was that my efforts should not get waste.It's my website and i am working on it and hence i am satisfied with that. Retailmart.com — Non Sending of Paid Goods

I have placed an order for apparels with retailmart(order number[protected] on 14th august. The website prompted me that it will be delivered by 7 days. Its been 23 days so far. They havent yet delivered. Have not even shipped items that their website showed "In Stock" . and their representatives keep making false promises. thrice they have promised me dates when i sat at home and waited all day, after which they wud just say a "SORRY". Now after almost a month of waiting they are saying that due to some "technical Difficulty" it may take more time and i[censored] want we will initiate a refund request for your money. I DONT UNDERSTAND THEN WHY WAS I MADE TO WAIT AN ENTIRE MONTH? Why the entire exercise? It has been the worst customer experience in my life.

Retail Mart — No refund

I have to inform you that I have cheated by Retail Mart. I had ordered TV on 10/02/2012 and my credit card was charged However there is nosign of delivery. The help line number is never responded to and the mails go un- replied. This website is a cheat. The products, images, and information on the website might look good but they are cheats.
