(earlier issued by reliance ). so far I did not receive renewal insurance policy. hence I request the concerned to take suitable action to send renewed insurance policy at the earliest.

but this year policy were not sent upto the date, as this company were shifted to another place .

I totally agree with the reaction of the customers as I also did have bad experience.
The insurance was NOT done from 2006-07 to 2010, that is 4 years except 1-2 months in 08. Handed over letter to branch office but no action, even no reply. It is a clear cut case of cheating. It seems, the company has taken customers for a ride . It is also felt,
‘SHRIRAM GROUP’ are not bothered for ‘BRAND IMAGE.’ Will any one patronage the finance, insurance, engineering and other products of the group in the above back drop ? Certainly, I will not. Are the top brass of the company hearing?

I have taken road safety policy from M/s. Shriram Transport & Finance Limited. I have not received renewed road safety insurance certificate for current year, my earlier certificate date ends on 29/05/2009 & till date no response from Shriram Transport & Finance Limited. Every year I have to do folloup to get this insurance certificate. Local Shriram company employee are not responding to my complaint ( Mr.patki Nashik Office ), If this is story when you are alive & think what will happn if any incident happen in future how company will intertain to your survival. I shall request to all please don't preffer Shriram Transport's Road safety policy.

I too have a same problem with Road Safety Club. My Membership No : 150393. I havn't get the insurance renewal for the past 2 years. I try calling the number, but in vain.

I am not sure whether the company exist, because no one is aware of the company in the address what they specified in the membership form.
