[Resolved] Road Safety Club Pvt Ltd — Non Receipt of 'Safe Driving Bonus' | |||
Hi, The undersigned became a member of the road Safety Club Pvt Ltd controlled by Sriram group of Companies in 2002 after paying Rs 12,000/- as a fee for a period of eight years. As per the clause of the contract for membership, club would provide comprehensive insurance for the car owned by the member for eight yrs provided no claim had been raised for any accident during the contract period. Otherwise one yr insurance would be deducted per insurance claim. Beside this, a member would be eligible for refund of total fee for membership paid on expiry of eight year period as a 'safe driving bonus', provided there was no accident for which insurance claim had been lodged. During the last eight year period, the undersigned regularly received car insurance policy from the club as there was no accident for which claim was made. As per T&C for Road Safety Club Programme, claim for refund of total fee(RS12,000/-) was lodged with the company against 'safe driving bonus' after completion of 8-yr safe driving programme on 31th, Oct 2010. As per their further request (not part of original T&C) letters were sent to all insurance companies to check if there was any claim during the period of 8 years, No insurance company mentioned any claim was lodged, a fact was corroborated by issuance of insurance policy by the club for all consecutive 8 yr period. There after numerous telephonic or SMS requests have been made on regular basis. And each time response was always sounded encouraging with positive words stating that refund would be sent in a day or two. This way, six months have already past without any sign of any actual refund cheque. It is very unfortunate that our present system can not ensure 'ethic of corporate goverance' in meeting contractual obligation made at the beginning of a programme by the companies to their clients. On other side a company can not progress for long if it fails to enjoy trust of its customers. N. Road Safety Club Pvt Ltd. — Non receipt of vehicle insurance
I Samala Ganesh a member of Road safety club pvt ltd. bearing policy no VEH [protected] did not receive renewal policy which was due from 7/7/2010. every time I have to complaint about them .this was a vogue practice to them. thanks to sriram chits ltd. because they have made us to join in this scheme.now they are silently away from this, saying we have no connection. I request the concern to arrange for sending renewal policy. last time it was issued by sriram general insurance company ltd.policy no.10001/31/10/008974 Insurance code name 468658/samala ganesh.thank you

I want to tried my best efforts to locate their email address to send the e-mail for getting N.C.B. e-mails addresses from them and the same are submit to you for get the ‘Safety Bonus’ cheque from your esteemed company at the earlilest, but I could not traced out their e-mails. dear sir,I baught insurance policy for my two wheeler tvs victor on year 2003 through shriram finance
from betul dist. madhya pradesh in year 2009 I was tranffered to korba chattisgarh. when i comunicate to auto dealer and agent they are not responding i still not recieve my policy for year 2010-11
a per term and condition co. have to written me Rs.5250 if no claim made by me during entire 8 yrs
when I try contact road safety club chennai all telephone no given in certificket aare found not existing.
