Royal Goan Beach Club is making mambers with very wrong marketing stunts

They invite people for just to meet. more and more saw photo and movie for RCI places.

After lots of presure and hamering give option that " you are getting this offer if only pay now"

Now they calling and email peoples for 4 days in only 8500 rs with date 30 dec to 2 jan.

And after giving 150000 before 15 year giving 16000 as maintanance every year I cant get week.

At time of stay marketing person Mr Mahin offer new upgrad of point system of 250000 in just 150000
if i pay only sameday.
i pay 25000 as part payment
but later i fill that this is one more marketing stunt to collect money so i call and email to cancel it
and send back 25000. but they refuce

how can i get back my 25000.
how can i cancel my membership and get back my money.

YOU HAVE BEEN ROYALLY CHEATED BY THESE ROYAL GOAN CHEATERS!!!
There is only one way to get your money back. Please contact others who have been cheated, as there are many people just like you out there.

Use social sites like facebook, etc or forums like this to make contact with people in similar situation as you. After you have connected with a few people come together with a lawyer and showup at the company premises also go to the local police station and file FIR of fraud againts the company also make sure you tell as many people as possible about how you were cheated friends, family spread the word as this is the only way to run these type of companies out of business.

If you make enough noise and nusiance for this company, that is the only way they will come to a sensible agreement with you. If you dont put the effort they will benefit and they will keep cheating people in a similar way again and again.

For any issues with any aspect of their membership, whether it be a general query, an issue regarding management charges or making bookings please initially contact their Odyssey office for Membership Services and discuss with one of the Navigators or seniors there.

If they do not get a satisfactory result, then they should approach the relevant department manager. This usually ends here and results in a satisfactory solution.

We have found that 95% of the time their has been a misunderstanding on one side or the other and these issues can easily be rectified.
