Denial of Cash less hospitalization by Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Limited based on unconstitutional, illegal & baseless reason i.e. DISEASE IS PRE-EXISTING
in nature though I was not suffering from PRE-EXISTING disease but purposely their TPA to Deny
the benefit of CASH LESS HOSPITALIZATION they submitted this reason. Even, I forwarded
them the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Judgement in favour of such person who suffering from PRE-EXISTING
disease they should not be excluded from providing insurance benefit. Therfore, I really suggest
ALL OF YOU PLZ DON'T BUY THE INSURANCE POLICY FROM ROYAL SUNDARAM ALLIANCE
INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY CHEAT THE PEOPLE>>>>>>>> and DENY the benefit on
such baseless reason.
