[Resolved]  RTC — Misbehavior of RTC bus conductor

Respected sir,

I am travelling to Lingampally, AP11Z-5220 ()HCUthe bus number. The bus conductor behaviour was not good.
Please don't consider this as a simple thing..

Rtc- bus conductor — bus conductor behaved rudely

dear sir/madam.,
am vaidehi working women ., today wen i got into bus the conductor was rudely behaving with me and my friend in a arrogant tone and shouting on us ., wen he gave us change he throwed the change down and he pulled my friend wantedly and talking all rubbish ., his details are as follows.,
BUS NO: AP10Z 1190
21ST MORNING IN 10F
At area begumpet
so., kindly take appropriate action on that conductor

rtc — irrespective on driving

Dear ombudsmen,
Here to say the city bus no.28B (vehicle no: 6033) will not stop to cross ambulence service vehicle108 to crossed on in eluru road near Benz circle nirmala convent road at the time of 2.45 p.m. on today.
at the time of happen ambulance carries emergency patient to admit in the hospital.
kindly train necessary teach to proceed like in future to the driver.

On 31 march 2009 2:48pm, I was driving in my car was dragged down by the rash bus driver at liberty circle signal in basheerbagh. I was stopped at the signal and the bus driver of AP11Z -5231 dragged his bus from beside my standing car ruthlessly. I asked driver his name he did not tell me and more over started running away without any explanation I followed his bus till abids and couldn’t catch him because of traffic he was overly cleaver he told me he will wait till my father come but he just started his bus from liberty bus stand and left for further destination.. ...Your drivers are pathetic in driving, the most funniest thing is I was on a 0 speed and in halt position when your bus driver just had no patience to wait because the car in front of him was taking a U turn he dint have the patience to wait even for a second. I was in the first lane and the bus on the left of me...I was next to the divider where there’s no place to move???? even If I want to...I cannot explain much but to my disgrace i had to spend on the damage of my car done by your bus driver exactly around 26200 rupees the damage done which is completely the mistake of your bus driver. I seriously need an answer and what a handsome I had to pay for all the damage what about that?????? Your drivers are not at all decent or even worth talking his code of conduct to talk with a lady or matter of fact having done a mistake he was not agreeing to any and was screaming like one mad fellow.
I want to know how much can a lady like pay?? For others mistake and it has happened to me I am sure u have a solution to this i need my money spend and also that driver should realize this is no ethics in them and also no seriousness in following the rules.

Rtc — Dropdown in wrong destination

I, Mrs.Rama was travelling in 225 Metro liner at 7.00pm in the evening whose starting point was at Secunderabad and destination as referred in the board was Patancheru via BHEL.
I was holding an Ordinary pass and board in the bus at Lingampally confirming whether it will go through LIG and I was answered YES twice by both Driver and Conductor.
I was issued a Rs.5 ticket vide no[protected]
I was left a BHEL saying that it is the last stop along with 5 other who was also told the same message. we faced a lot of inconvienience.
When we asked it he repled that he doesn't know as he is a new employee. This was a known mistake.
Hence I request you to kindly take a severe action against the conductor so that it doesn't get repeated by him in future
Its true. I am also in the same route.If we give Rs.100.00, they rudely say that they don't have change and get down from the bus. Its not their property to say like that. Its their duty to give change. We cannot carry change always. Some time its happens. They have to take it forward. They can take it after a while, after having enough change with them.

RTC Department, Please try to teach them, How to behave towards customers.
