[Resolved]  Saini Hyundai — WRONG PROMISES

We had renewed our Insurance Policy with Bajaj only when we were provided with a 4th free service coupon issued from Saini Hyundai by Madam Sangeeta in leau of the policy..while issuing the same when asked by us she replied that you can avail this coupon in Bengal Hyundai, Maniktala which is close to your residence...When we went to avail this coupon at Bengal Hyundai we were told by Mr.Amit there that it has to be availed at Saini Hyundai only and not here...when we rang up Saini Hyundai Swati madam said that it has to be availed here only..Kindly revert back to this e-mail within two days...why to make promises when they are wrong..we have another car whose renewal would be made in January..but we have decided to renew it from some other co. other than bajaj..

I had called Saini Hyundai as my car had an accident and the insurance was by Reliance.They advised me to talk to Saini Hyundai. I was referred to Mr rajesh who really had a very cooperative attitude. As my car was not starting, I had to call for a towing truck to do the same. Mr Rajesh had been very cooperative but I never knew I would end up in a big problem.
Two days later the car was towed in, Mr Rajesh called up to say the ECM was missing, and it costs Rs 35 thousand. Hell broke loose and I ran across to see that the equipment is a main part to run all electrical parts .I went to the Budge Budge Road garage and found that even the music system is also not there in the car.
My driver while releasing the car to the Saini Hyundai people had clearly mentioned that there is a music system in the car and the driver said ok. On asking the towing truck driver whether it is required to accompany him to the garage, he said its not required.

By calling saini Hyundai to give me a service I lost the two valuable parts of my car, which according to their version is not possible for any local mechanic to know what this part is and what are the implications .

Now who should be held responsible for the above failure in carrying on responsibility? I lose my money and mental peace.
I purchased a santro GL car from your New Alipore store that was delivered to me om 02.03.2009 .

After some time I found that the front driver's seat is sinking underneath and back . In my opinion it is a manufacturing fault of the vendor supplying the seat to Hyundai Motor . During my 3rd servicing at your service station on 19.02.2010 at 11A Braun Fled Row, Kolkata 700027, I brought the matter to the notice of your service supervisor, Sri Tanmoy Dey . Sri Dey got the defect inspected by the concerned person and informed to me that he had tried troughout the day to get a replacement. But as he could not, he had raised requisition for replacement that would come from Chennai in about 7 days time .

On 24.02.2010, Sri Dey called me up and told that sponge for the seat has come and that I should bring the car on 01.03.2010 to service station where the will be repaired.

I wsh to state that I shall not get the seat repaired as it is manufacturing defect of the seat that I have reported within one year of my purchase of the new car . I am sure that Saini Hyundai or Hyundai Motors will not want their customer to suffer for faulty manufacture of seat bu the vendor who must have the responsibility and liability to replace a defective unit to the customer of Hyundai Motor.

I look forward to an early solution to my complaint.

I received a call from an unknown number last night and he said that he has got my number from Saini and he offer me a "business opportunity", to which I politely replied no. But my concern is if SAini Hyundai is selling their customer database to people.

If this is happening then its unfortunate and we can't trust anybody.

I have car Santo. I have changed my insurance from Bengal Hyundai and saini Hyundai to have better service. I experienced the worst service available in my experience is from saini Hyundai

I am Mrs.Rupa Singh, a housewife with a small business setup at home. I approached Saini Hyunda New Alipore dealer to buy a new a car.
Consequently a sales representative named Bandana came to my house and explained i-10 sportz car features and being amply convinced i decided to buy the car. But i wanted the car to be financed that's why i asked her that whether it can be done or not, if yes then only i will book the car. She asked me for the required documentation and i gave the same to her and she assured me that the loan would be easily approved, hence i paid rupees 1000 as a token money which she insisted me to pay to her telling that she needs it to send my file in processing.
Next day a guy named Sourav from HDFC bank came to me with the loan application form and confidently assured me of the loan. After that i received a sms from HDFC Bank reading that my loan with loan account number******** has been approved. Two enquiries came to my house simultaneously, they checked my business setup and asked whether i had a trade license or not, i said no. The second guy who came for enquiry adviced me to make the trade license and gave me a number too. After sometime Bandana called me up and said that all the bank proceedings are done and the bank has approved me a loan of rupees 350000 and the balance amount of rupees 110995 i will have to pay as a down payment then only the car can be sent for number registration. I went to the showroom where they made me sign a loan aggreement and asked me give the bank eight cheques.
Next Bandana asked me to pay the balance money of down payment. And as i am completely unknown about this kind of methods and proceedings as this was the first time i was buying anything in loan, completely trusted them and gave whatever they had asked. I gave them two cheques, first of rupees 50000 and the second one of rupees ******. And Bandana didnt give me any money receipt as well, that i had later collected from her after i reminded her of it.But the hell broke loose upon me when next day on 26.04.2014 after clearing the cheque Bandana called me and said that the loan has been cancelled. And now after taking my money they are only harrassing me and repeatedly saying that they trying for my loan. They have admitted that there is no fault on my part and its the banks fault.
After so much of mental turbulence i have told them that i don't want the car and asked them to return my money as there is no fault of mine. And Mr. Sanjiv Das, a sales executive, promised to do the same but now he is telling that he will not refund my money and it will be adjusted later whenever i buy a car.. I am in a great difficulty, i can't understand what to do so that i can get back my hard earned money. I never knew that they will cheat me like this. The whole team of staffs of saini Hyundai are distrustful and badly behaved..Plz if anyone can give me some helpful suggestions then I'll be grateful to him or contact nmbr:[protected]..Plz Help..This msg is for the head executives if saini Hyundai as well, if you are reading kindly look into my matter and return back my money.
Never take a car from Saini hyundai and specially from sales person ANINDYA BANIK, he is very dangerous and never keep his words / promise .He is not fit for saini hyndai, keep safe distance from ANINDYA BANIK.

Its a monopoly business arrangement, we have to go through this unless we out smart those sales guys, they have targets to chase so they don't care about their personal reputation and does it for their employers, when buying a car expect to shell out few extra thousand as our system is not transparent enough. Whom should we blame ?
I am also facing issues with saini Hyundai as I booked over rated creta and they are at their best ( unprofesionalism practice ) they are more concern with their booking amount and once you pay them that its near impossible to negotiate if anything goes wrong and in my case I might have to start paying the EMI s with out getting the vehicle delivered, as they have convinced me to disburse the loan amount promising me to deliver the vehicle with out giving me a check list. Will share more details and the names after I receive my car as I don't trust them at all. Bottom line its a m ** w*** way of doing business ( cheating people of their hard earned money )

Most third class service they provide.
I am waiting for delivery. Still my RTO registration pending. Their sales execuitive just miss guide me. They don't have proper training. Just to say this is my 1st horrible experience with Saini Hyundai. Please before buy car from Saini Hyundai just take a written from them what they promises.

I called this number and already discussed regarding my delivery date but this person cant provide me any delivery date. Still I don't know when I will get my car.My major concern why your sales person commited to delivery my car on 26th April 2019 with permanent RTO registration at the time of payment, He and your Saini Hyundai know that currently Election is going ON so that person should take more time for the delivery. I want to know which date I will get my car with permanent RTO registration.
