[Resolved]  Samsung Ac — Poor Response from Service Center

Hi,

I would like to write this mail to whoever is in the higher cadre & will write later if this mail is not getting actioned. I had registered a complaint with Samsung for my AC on 17th May ( [protected]) & this complaint was closed without any action taken on it by the Service Center when i called the Service Center for the update, it was so shocking to see such kind of response. I had requested them to reopen the case on 24th May requesting them to work on it soon but there was no response from the Service Center until 28th May i had been calling this Customer Care & speaking to various agents & Team Leaders who are so irresponsible in their commitments. I would atleast made 10 calls to customer care in those 4 days, they would promise me a call back but that has never happened. Im not sure how these ppl were hired. Its been 15 days now my issue is not resolved, the AC is not switching ON.

Samsung — Poor service & Response

sir,
i purchase a samsung mobile phone model no. SCH-W339 dated on 5/1//2009. after 5 month i am facing problem in the touch screen of the said mobile i give that mobile to the samsung service center on 30/05/2009. vide work order no. WA[protected]. but after passing more that 22 days they nither return/repair my mobile. they are just harrasing me. this shows the standard of service provided by the samsung company.

Samsung — AC in samsung service center

Hi,

This is to notify that i have lodged a complaint for my SAMSUNG window AC- 1.5 Ton on the 6TH of June, 2009.
Till date i have not received any feedback regarding when i would get my AC back, despite of numerous conversation with the people at the samsung helpline.
I have also stated that if Samsung is unable to handle the problem then they are requested to return my AC back, but still no response received.

I feel that i have been cheated.

Samsung — Very poor service response

Hi,

I have registered a complaint with samsung support centre, Bangalore, the details of which are as follows:

Samsung silver nano washing machine, model no WA85 VPL
Date of complaint: 25th march 2010
Compalint number: [protected]
Warranty: Product is still in warranty period.
Issue reported by me: Machine had stopped in between the rinsing process and had shown error as 'SE'
Issue identified by samsung rep: He also told that electronic board is not functioning now, and hence machine will not be able to carry out any function now. So, the board has to be replaced.

It has been 20 days since then. There has been no response from Samsung customer centre for resolving this issue. I have made repeated phone calls to their centre at 30308282, i have been deeply disappointed with their after sales service. The call executives are never aware of the status, they always repeat the same few lines taught to them. Daily i have been assured that Samsung executive will contact me, but i have not recieved any call till today. They are never able to solve any issue. And surprisingly they are not ready to give any phone numbers of concerned person for escalating the call. They say, they have escalated it to next level, but still issue stand as such. Its worst that Samsung website also doesnt have any person's mail id. Thier "support.[protected]@samsung.com" is equally worthless. They give refernece of call centre and call centre gives in turn their reference, which factually leads me to nowhere. I am totally frustrated following up with them for past 20 days. They are not even telling me when my washing machine will be repaired. I want to get my machine repaired at the earliest.

Samsung AC — Poor Service and AC

I have bought Samsung AC on 21st May 2009 from Radhika Sales Pimpri. Since the day I bought this I am facing all sorts of problem. In last 12 months the AC stopped cooling for atleast 6-7 times. Everytime the Samsung AC technician took at atleast 2-3 weeks to repair it. This last time I have lodged a complaint on 28th April 2010 (called Radhika Sales) and till now the problem has not been solved. In this summer of 40 degree centrigrade I am suffering because of poor service from Samsung. If someone is looking at this blog please do something. Anyways I am planning to go to consumer court.

Samsung AC — Poor Samsung Service

I have logged complaint regardng Samsung split AC dated 26 May 2010 in Samsung service center, Complaint no. [protected].After that, engineer visited to site to rectify the problem but detect the problem is with compressor that assure that i will be resolved on 29 May 2010.But it is still pending.
After calling customer care regrding the problem, they told that they are following up to resolve the problem.But they doing nothing to rectify the problem.
It was not happen first time with samsung customer care.They always take long time to resolve the issue.

Samsung AC — Unresolved Complaint # 8404098596

I logged my complaint of frequent compressor tripping vide complaint no. [protected] dated 19/5/2010 on the company helpline[protected]. It took 3 days for the engineer visit from their franchisee Kesar Electronics and that too after my call to their Service Manager Mr. Sanjay Thakur. After engineers visit the AC was taken to workshop and returned after two days. The problem still persistsfor which I again called the helpline. All along I have spoken to many call centre executives some of them Sanjeev, Kirti, Sanjeet, Arun, Albert, Harish, Kamini, Pushpa, Sumit and including their senior supervisor Rakesh. Most of them have assured a call back but none has cared to respond.

Samsung service is in shambles and the brand DISGUSTING. Stongly recommend you all a big NO NO on purchase of their products.

Samsung — poor response of services

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have submitted my Samsung Mobile SGH-J800 at Bharat Communication BG-20, Ground Floor, R.G. Complex, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Paharganj, New Delhi -55 on 01 May 2010 under warranty for Camera problem. They asked for 10 days time to get spare from company , as I visited after 10 days they told me that they have not yet received the spare , it will take another two days . Again after two days they told me that it is not camera fault but due to motherboard problem, so it will take a week to get motherboard, again visited and asked the situation they told it is not a motherboard problem it is LCD defect so , wait for another 10 days . I told him that if motherboard or LCD problem persist the other functions of the set should also be disturbed, they replied that it is technical matter. In between this matter repeatedly informed to customer care centre and Mr. Sumeet sethi but nobody has turned down towards this matter and the service centre has taken own time and returned my set on 31 May 10 at 1930 hrs unrepaired. That time I have checked that front camera was not working, some scratched has taken place and nothing has been replaced, the rear camera was working, but after two hours the same problem with camera observed. The battery also getting discharged after 4 hours only. I have tried full day to contact service centre (telephone[protected] on 01 Jun 10 but remain without result, at last I visited to the service centre in evening and meet Mr. Bharat the owner of service centre, He given me the address of Samsung Plaza at Kalkaji and told to meet Mr. Mukesh there and shown inability to repair my set. He also not given any certificate in this regard and told that all information will be available online. I felt that I have committed a sin got purchase a Samsung mobile
Therefore I request you to do needful to believe on your product or services.

Samsung — Poor Service Center

Dear Sir/Madan
I had purchased Samsung mobile on 26/06/2010 from Naraina HOT SPOT Mobile Store
and after seven days i found my mobile is not charging with charger and i submitted my mobile to District Center mobile Service center.

After getting my mobile back they changed my IMEI number and after several request they didn't upgrade the thing.
From that time my ear phone jack is not working and once when i visit service center they kept my mobile for service and returned without any improvement .Still my ear phone Jack is not working ..Can any one of you suggest me the solution or provide me MD email id of SUMSUNG

Samsung — Poor Response

A Mobile with a complaint of Phone Locked to Samsung authorised centre M/S Mobile World, at TPR Plaza, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad was given vide their W.O. No: 5310 on 10.11.2010.They said FLASHING is required and will be take them about one hour to do that and requested to come after one hour.One week is over they could not do that and are giving daily some excuse.Visiting their service centre daily has become essential to check the position. Their Phone No: 42407213 always gives one reply " THE PHONE IS BUSY TRU AFTER SOME TIME." Unfortunately you cannot get it.This was also brought to the notice of their Manager, who said this is done because of Customers constantly ringing them.It is found on visit to their centre that it has become routine for them to harass the customers by giving excuses. Many customers were found frowning on them because they are visiting them for more then a month.SAMSUNG should act against their authorised centre.

Samsung AC — service center not responding well

I have regitered my complain on 15th maarch 2011 and called more than 25 times regarding my complain but yet it is no solved the customer care people is not responding well and not answering as on which paticular date I'll get my problem solved . . Samsung — very poor response to customer calls

We bought 40DLED5000 model from Vasanth&Co, T.Nagar branch on 1-jan-2012 paying about 55,000/-. That is the worst part that we did in our life (1) approached vasanth & co and (2) chosen SAMSUNG model.
The stupid vasanth&co tnagar branch has sent us wrong delivery of 40DLED5003 model which is downgraded version of what we paid for.
I tried calling vasanth&co and all stupid numbers given in the bill are keep on going and no body has picked up the call for about 2 hours.
samsung customer care registered a complaint regarding their wrong delivery about their authorised dealer but has not given a call back at all.
i actually requested for any supervisor/manger's number of vasanth&co which samsang says they do not have.
I contact senior executive of SAMSUNG Noida customer care branch, Sushi who tells that he do not have any contact number of dealer which is very stupid and he refuses to give me any number other than mentioned in the bill.

my strong suggesstion and advise to public is public is:
NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF SAMSUNG MODEL FOR WHICH CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY VERY STUPID AND CARELESS.
NEVER EVER APPROACH VASANTH&CO FOR BUYING ANY PRODUCT OF ANY BRAND/MODEL FOR WHICH CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY VERY STUPID AND CARELESS.

IN THE WORLD THE VERY WORST SERVICE OF PRODUCT IS ONLY FROM SAMSUNG and VASANTH&CO.

BEWARE OF SAMSUNG and VASANTH&CO.
