[Resolved]  Samsung — Hands Free Set not Working

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy POP Model No. GT-5570 from Shivam Communication, Maninagar, Ahmedabad on[protected]. In that I found that Hands Free set provided with the Mobile Hand Set is not working during Incomeing Phone Calls and Out going Phone Call. In this connection I have contacted Service Centre at Shivranjai and the center persons has upgraded my phone software and replaced new Hands Free Set. But after reaching home I have tried to use the same it was not functioning as usual. I feel that have received defective piece or defective technology. I hereby request you Sir, Kindly do the needful and help me to solve out the defective in my Mobile Hand Set at the earliest.
