Samsung Air Conditioner — A.C NOT WORKING

I have bought a window AC on 17/4/2009 from Vasanth & Co Dealer, T-Nagar, Chennai. On 21/4/2009 a person from service came for installation and found that the ac is damaged and it cannot be used. Next day itself we went to the dealer for replacement but they told they cannot replace it and raised a complaint in Samsung.
But when we contacted Samsung customer care, we came to know that, it will take 45 days for replacing. So we are forced to wait 45 days after spending the full amount for the Samsung AC. We got the damaged piece and its their fault. I cannot understand for this why we are forced to adjust. I asked for a standby till it got replaced and even that also Samsung is not ready to provide.

Please check whether it is possible to replace it before that, atleast within 1 week.

In chennai summer, its very difficult to manage, thats y we bought AC, but we are again forced to suffer in this summer because of the irresposible Samsung dealings.

Please note that complaint to subject Air conditioner was lodged 20 days back and service person reached home and checked A.C. However it is strange that after several reminders and follow up. repair of compreeser of A.C has still not been done.

Please check and arrange for urgent replacment

JNPG College(KKC) lucknow purchase 4 split ac for computer lab. but no any single ac are currently working at the moment with in 1 year.samsung sales very poor quality of electronic productes.
