POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Please note that complaint to subject Air conditioner was lodged 20 days back vide B.P No.-[protected] and service person reached home and checked A.C. But when we contacted Samsung customer care, we came to know that, it will take 45 days for replacing. So we are forced to wait 45 days after spending the full amount for the Samsung AC. We got the damaged piece and its their fault. I cannot understand for this why we are forced to adjust. I asked for a standby till it got replaced and even that also Samsung is not ready to provide.
Please check whether it is possible to replace it before that, atleast within 1 week.
In chennai summer, its very difficult to manage, thats y we bought AC, but we are again forced to suffer in this summer because of the irresposible Samsung dealings.
