[Resolved] Samsung - B319 — Not getting Proper Response | |||
Dear Sir, I am really very sorry that I have took a great mistake to purchase a SAMSUNG Product. I purchased a mobile, model number samsung-B319. Due to some mis-actioning i submit this on the service center Named "Micro Solution" Rajnagar. But it is two month passed i am continuously going there on each committed day but they are not responding properly they again and again pretense to me. I contact to there reporting boss named Sandeep Choudhray and Mr. Mishra. But they also don't have any satisfactory answer. Now i am sure that Neither i will never purchase any Samsung product in future nor advise to anybody. Now if you can do anything in this matter then please proceed. My details are as below...
