Samsung B3313 Mobile — Service Center not repairing my mobile

My samsung mobile phone was not getting charged so I had deposited my mobile in the samsung service center for repairing. they told me they will have to replace the motherboard, so I deposited it there on 24th May, 2010 at 'Tele Care, Samsung Authorised Service Center, Civel Lines Allahabad' and the concerned person was some Mr. Harpreet. My complaint ID was WA[protected]. They kept my mobile for 22 days and then said that please go to Okhala New Delhi and get the motherboard changed. I say what is the use of having a service center in the city when I have to go to delhi for repairing. Please help me out in this matter. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com
