i have purchase a Samsung (BT--B3313) on 7.11.10-7.34 PM and the keyboard of mobile is not working well.and the set was ot swiched off properly and not swich on again.To swiched on i have to rest the battery . so i have complaant about it on the shop and ask hi to repalce the set as the problem occurs on the very next day. The Sales assotiate ask to bring the set and after verified he said it was soft ware problem you have to go to the sevice centre ,it cannt be replaces .
