Samsung — PATHETIC SERVICES OF SAMSUNG INDIA-- Microwave Oven- Urgent Notice

Please take immediate step to resolve long pending complaints having following complaint details.

1. BP / Complaint : Through Call Center dated 24/ dec/ 2008. with more than 100 follow up calls.--- No Response

Nature of Complaint > This Microwave oven is having critical technial problems since its purchase. the major problem for which above complaints are pending are,

1. Rusting in the entire inner walls of the oven
2. No Proper Heating


Current Status : No Response till date.


Please note and understand that if this issue is not going to be resolved within 10 days of this mail notice, We may take severe legal steps againts your company.

I have bought one samsung oven, model1031 LATB, on 18.12.2009, from our nearby dealer.(Adur, pathanamthitta dist, Kerala, India)I didn't get the CRUST PLATE, which is an important accessory mentioned inthe manuel.So I cudn't fry nonveg foods in the oven.when I asked the dealers, they say they dont have any responsibility.I want to know whether that accessory is available with that particular model.with the same model, my friends got all accessories.and why didn't I get that crust plate.Is it a problem from the manufacturers or the dealers.
(Even for a demo the samsung fellow came after 3 months of repeated calling by us..How irresponsible they are..)

We have bought a/c, microwave, TV & washing m/s from Teji enterprises samsung outlet @ Sakchi, Jamshedpur on 16th april'09. Service center experience is like a nightmare. Guess best help Samsung can provide is honestly telling its customer they do not provide any service for amc/installation. Service centers are manned by goons, mafias cannot put into words lang used by people answering call. Do not expect soft skills training to be imparted but minimum telephone etiquette should be there. This was not personal number but official samsung service center. Never knew samsung ties with such stake holder who do not care for the brand name cos they are themselves abrand. Will be returning all products with no return of money. Want Samsung to donate this to needy as CSR. This would provide some repute to the organisation. Request to ensure people manning phone like samat khan @ jamshedpur samsung service center ( brother of azim khan owner of service center, almost a dynasty business ) are asked not to flaunt the ancestral property & money they have briebed to acquire service center
