Samsung C3212 Dual Sim — 75 % services charges applied even if the mobile is in warranty

Hello Sir/Madam,

Good Morning,

I am Satish Biradar working as a software professional in Siemens ,Hijewadi pune.

I have given a mobile which is having a Hanging problem for Samsung c3212 mobile to the pooja mobile services pimpri pune(Work Order Number 24328).their email adress is support.[protected]@samsung.com.

The mobile is purchased on 23/02/2010 ..Initially they have demanded the 275 rs mentioned on service paper.but laterly they are demanding the money as 75% of the orignal mobile prise telling me that the mobile needs to replace mothe board.

Please help me.
