specific complaint against SUDHAKAR and PRAKASH from Hyderabad.

They are the most unprofessional and irresponsible customer reps I have ever come across.

My fridge was and is still not working. They were assigned on the job. They do not take calls, return calls and even block out my calls.

I had to call Sudhakar from a mumbai mobile number (he had blocked out my number and was not taking my calls) so that I could talk to him. This is the level to their support. You can verify this with him.


This is going on ince Jan. Today is Feb 20 (there is a bandh in Hyd so no supprt and I understand today). What about the rest of the days??

They took my fridge for reapir and observation and returned after 4 days (i had to keep calling for the status). After that it stopped working completely and is now dead.

I have already spent 2000 Rs and much more on phone calls.

PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS IMMIDIATELY AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE GOING TO COMPENSATE THE HARRASSMENT. AND WHAT ACTION YOU WILL TAKE>

You need to go to the consumer court and file a case, that's the only way out. Then see how they will run about.
Dear sir
I have purchesh your company samsung fridge Model no.RR1914BLA8E, Dated[protected] fridge was only 6 hour working After no cooling.
I have compliant your costumer care Dated on[protected], your Technician was no response next day coming other your Technician hi was saying compressor was not working & compressor in not available in company. I have call[protected], &[protected], but still no response

So I will go consumer court OR compliant

I have bought the double door Samsung (being a brand) refrigerator and it stopped working after 2 weeks. Now its almost 2 weeks that they have done nothing to get it repaired and it is under warranty.
Even the distributor Radhika sales (in pimpri) is not helping on that front.
Not sure what to do...
Completely pissed of...
